Very nice quiet place, very good atmosphere, You can sit and talk as long as you want, Staff behaviour's are good

This outlet is situated at Gouripur Bus Stop on Jessore Road, near Birati More. The ambience is good.

The ambiance of the place is so cool and inviting. It's the perfect spot to hang out with friends or even have some alone time with a good book or your laptop. I love how cozy yet trendy the cafe feels, making it a great place to chill and unwind. Overall, Cafe Coffee Day has won me over with its amazing taste and great ambiance

The ambience and atmosphere is good. The quality of food is good. Service time is okay. Location good. At any time 7 to 8 groups can sit. You can find it easily because of its location. Up to two four wheelers you can park very easily.
Now the area of concern according to me-
Chairs need a washable cover. Table size for three is not at all for three. At the time of delivering the menu card they will never inform what the items are available today. Once you go for an order you will come to know approximately 50% of the items are not available. For example, one of our group members is suffering from a headache and likes to have tea but no tea items from the menu card were available not a single one. Another likes to have buns again not available, that the sales counter likes to push burgers in place of the sandwich we are going to order.
Overall ok type experience, pocket pinch for us 1.5k for three. Verdict you can visit once.

They're not at all welcoming to their guests. No online or card payment options and asked us to pay in cash. Very disappointing.

This brunch of CCD is one of nearest place from my home. So when me and my husband was dating we used to visit this place. It is less crowded, nearby Gouripur Kalibari.

The place is a little shabby and awaits renovation to match CCD standards. Probably the location does not provide much scope for regular footfalls thus affecting viability. Overall a very average experience.

Pretty sure the worst experience of our life in this particular CCD. Been a avid visitor of CCD in other locations, but the staff of this CCD specially the women who servers in the morning is so unbelievably rude.
We ordered coffee and food, and while me and my partner were sitting there for an hour or so, she came and told us 'You have to re-order or you can't sit'
So we were actually thrown out of the cafe. Such an unfortunate and shameful situation. Request the management to kindly train the staff properly

For office goers Or something to discuss this place is appropriate with a coffee.there's is nothing special to eat.or something.all you can have a cup of Capecino

I went there on 26th June, 2022 and paid via upi. They didn't tell me at first that the online payment system was not working but my money got deducted. They told me it would be credited within 48 hours. But the money is yet to be credited after 7 days. Numerous calls and a visit were in vain. I will never go again in this café and I recommend if anyone goes there please be cautious about transactions you are about to make.

Its one and only cafe coffe day having wow momo store inside.you can enjoy the both with a wonderful road side view.
Excellent place to chill out with some one special or with a bussiness meeting.or chill out alone with peace of mind.i like the place personally

The CCD is good for coffee and at the same time, there is WOW Momo outlet inside the same store, which gives you a good option to dine in with Momos alongside some coffee.

They made bill on banana cake which I didn't order. Later when I noticed and asked them the reason, they tried to give weird answers. Finally they ask apology and return my money in cash.

Not at all good. AC was not good, I was there for about an hour or so, in between I had to call a staff twice to fix the issue. 2ndly I ordered one orange delight, & after few sips I saw the paper glass was dirty, again I had to ask one stuff to change it, & to my surprise they changed the glass but kept the same remaining drink into the new glass. So, wht's the purpose of changing the glass? I didn't call anyone further & left the place with utter dissatisfaction. I wish not to go there any more.
