The atmosphere is great and quite and the sofas and seats are very comfortable too. They serve the food quite fast too.
However, the food quality isn't that amazing and the vegetables are not trimmed into little pieces so the big pieces of vegetables are kind of hard to eat. The Chilli Cheese Toast is the Tastiest Item on the Menu.
The Cold Coffees, Chocolate Frappe etc.are good too. The drinks have many ice cubes in them and that's pleasing!
The Waiters are kind and polite, and the service and ambiance are the best part of this outlet.

Staffs are extremely polite and the ambience is also great. I have been visiting this place since I was a teenager and it has always been a place very close to my heart. It got shut down during the pandemic for a couple of years but I am so glad that they decided to run it again.

Not bad but not so good either. The staffs are well behaved. Actually, the problem is with the whole food chain. The food quality is degrading day by day, the prices are high. They simply give offers on some food items, then the food items in offer list are not available. I really don't understand, their business trick. They are simply pushing away the customers and nothing else.
Yes, you can sit there for hours, conduct small meetings, meet your clients, work on your laptop or simply spend time with your dear ones. But the food is not satisfactory enough.

Cafe coffee day is my most favorite place to relax alone while sipping some good coffee!
Cafe coffee day's dum dum outlet is near my place so i visit it regularly!

As one of the regular customer in CCD, Saltlake (EE block) I always prefer CCD over any cafeteria for any meetings or just casual hangout over coffee but this CCD disappointed me a lot.
1. They have outdoor seat where all the 3tables are disbalanced they literally become a pendulum we were so scared that we prefer to keep our coffee cup on our hand rather than keep it on the table.
2. They didn't provide any ashtray, we were suggested to throw our cigarette on the floor.
3. The main part of disappointment is their Americano, as an Americano drinker I didn't understand whether I was drinking Americano or drinking hot water with coffee essence.

Wood smoked chicken was a totally turn off ordered it on zomato,
The ingredients were as fresh as you buy it from any grocery store,
The chicken slices were there just for show off aligned at border so you will never know untill you open it up
Chicken was raw uncooked
And not value for money even after a massive discount I don't know how people buy this for 235

Like all CCD ' s place is good. There is a small issue of aircon being not well maintained and serviced.

Worst experience, as i went there i ordered expresso they told it is not available, and i have to order something above rs 300, is this called business? Shame.

CCD Dumdum road located opposite of the space town estate near Hanuman Mandir. One can find this cafe easily from the road.

In short CCD is a well known cafe brand where you can enjoy or hangout your time with family, friends, office partners. In here your refreshment is guaranteed, ' Cafe Frappé ' is the signature drink of CCD. It's a kind of Cold Coffee and It becomes more awesome when it'll be with Garlic Bread.

Very noisy. Staff are not well mannered not even properly groomed.not a got place for hangout as well as to sit for some conversation.

The behaviour of the staff is really amazing! You can seat there with your loved ones and spend your own lovely time. Along with that you can also sit with your laptop there and can peacefully work while sipping on some amazing freshly brewed coffee and garlic bread!

The shitiest ppl,
their manager Priyanka Das and satish Mishra are the worst ppl very rude and arrogant. There are 3 tables outside and chairs has to be 6 but in case they gave 5 chairs to sit.
When we said they just simply didn't provide one extra chair.

Very friendly staff and good environment. I've become a regular customer and I love visiting there whenever I have time. And if you're not in a hurry, you can stay for quite a while as you listen to music, or do your office work. Oh, and the coffee is really good as well.
