Edit: Service has improved a lot since the first time I wrote and the coffee here tastes great. They don't trick people. Kudos to the newer staff.

Pathetic service. The cheapest products are always not available and they tend to put excessive and unnecessary add-ons without asking the customer (extra ice cream.extra this and that- My actual bill was ₹400, which ended up ₹635 at their hands. Only when I was about to leave did he mutter something and it was back to the expected price.)
Not recommended for gullible people.

Nice and reasonable place for tasty coffee. Quite relaxing, family-friendly Cafe. But the mentioned snacks dishes in the menu was unavailable, that was quite dissatisfying. In fact, Service was not so good. But if you wanna go only for coffee.then it's good choice.

CCD is a nostalgia. You go there have a cup of coffee and chat or work or relax.
Love their service.

Nice place for previllaged people to go and spend some time together.
Which there were some cheap beverage options available for students as well.

The coffee is good however won't say the same about food. Overpriced and overhyped names of food. Though a good place if you want some coffee and vibe

This CCD is adjacent to National GEMS H. S school at behala and is in close proximity of M P BIRLA FOUNDATION school. We went there around 10 a.m. In the morning and had our breakfast (Chicken Sandwich, coffee). Cost was approximately 600/-. Food and coffee was excellent and ambience was also nice

Good place to hang out with a quick bite. Place is just over busy James Long Sarani. No problem for parking. Has both AC & non-AC seating area. Staffs are very friendly/cordial & got a very prompt service

We had ordered Smoked chicken sandwich, chicken tandoori burger, Devil's own and a chocolate shake. The cold shakes were great. Smoked chicken sandwich was light and tasty. The tandoori chicken burger was a disappointment. It was a patty and not chicken chunks.

Been coming here for a while now. At least once every year. The coffee is okay and the food is alright. At this point it is more of nostalgia for me with ccd. The service was pretty good but not sure why the server wanted to take my credit card and decided to go with the contactless payment. I mean, I could have done the same, weird stuff. I like their chilli cheese toast. Always packs a slight kick and pretty okay. I tried their cheesecake for the first time and was pleasantly surprised.
