Nice ambience and awesome service. The food quality is average. The chicken starters are nice. We went during Christmas so it's hard to judge the food. Had a great time

We visited this place few months ago, for someone special birthday purpose. Ambience was soo good. They have both outdoor and indoor sitting area. We preferred outdoor sitting area. Rooftop view was so good.

But one point we are disappointed cause the service was not so good. We ordered birthday cake for someone’s birthday and they don’t have any cake available or making facilities. Also we ordered through swiggy they don’t allow to deliver the cake upstairs and also they refuse to collect the order. So i have to go downstairs and collect the order. This part was really disappointing for me cause i never expected this kind of service they provided.

Good part was if you have any pet in your house so you don’t need to worry about that. They allow pets in their cafés. We carried our baby dog and he enjoyed a lot

The experience was good. Very good service - Service, behaviour, accessibility (elevator till top floor then one set of stairs).

Light music. Nice ambience and lighting. Different kinds of seating. Spacious. Parking available.

Food tasted good. We liked everything except for the last service of mashed potatoes and buffalo wings. They were understanding.

There's a lot of scope to make this cafe happening. There's a lot of dust on the furniture. The decor and furniture should be changed. The food is average.

Very unprofessional and unethical behaviour. I had made reservation on their rooftop (with the management) for my birthday treat (on 17th December) 2 weeks in advance on the 2nd of December. Reservation was for 4 pm. They called 1 hr before at 3pm on the day of reservation to inform they have let the rooftop for a wedding (absolutely ridiculous). I had already sent my invitations and at the last moment I had to arrange another place. Absolutely callous and lackadaisical attitude.will avoid this place and discourage others for the same. Being in the hospitality business you need to care for all customers.not make cancellations just for bigger gains.that is unethical practice.and if you do then atleast should inform beforehand because I believe nobody can suddenly plan a wedding reception out of the blue.

Great place for hangout with friends.
I tried their kebabs, the malai tikkas were awesome. Same goes with the fish fingers.
Tried the Darjeeling tea, but they don't have traditional leaf teas with infusers, which they can introduce. They use Tea bags, that is not my personal liking.
Service was good, ambiance superb.

These are all fake reviews. There is a telegram group and getting messages from Himani (Auditor) and girl named Ruhi doing scams and myself got in trap. Don't trust anybody. They will pay you first and then trap you in fraud.

This place is a delight.

Positives: it's pocket friendly.a great ambiance, wonderful views from the roof-top of the EM bypass flyover.

Additional positives: the staff is excellent.the head of the catering staff, Moumita, is a wonderful person who would always be there for a refreshingly friendly chat or two.

Negatives: Absolutely none!

Loved it! Great food, great ambience and amazing seating area under open sky with lovely view of East Kolkata skyline. Location is just beside EM bypass. The place is family friendly. Best time to visit is just before sunset to enjoy the view from the roof top. Ample parking space. As it is located off the main road all public transport is easily available.

Cafe Up There is one of the few rooftop cafes where from one can get an inordinatey extensive view of the landscape. Food is appetizing and too good. The staff is quite well mannered and hospitable. There's another special roof attached to it where one click the broader view of the area at sunset, which is a surreal experience. This place was on my bucket list for a long time, Finally I visited this place few days back and tried the following items:

Russian Salad, Corn Salt and Pepper, Conjee Crispy Mushroom, Chicken Penne pasta in Pesto Sauce and Chicken in Red Thai Curry with Rice.
Conjee Crispy Mushroom was perfectly crisp and balanced with right amount of sauce and veggies. Loaded with Chicken, the creamy Pesto Sauce Pasta was heavenly delicious. The Thai Curry was packed full of amazing flavors, Chicken and hearty vegetables.

We also tried few mocktails and thick shakes like Blue Lagoon, Puls candy, Peach Heals, Chocolate Shake. The Mocktails were ver refreshing and the chocolate shake was just excellent.

Overall I had an amazing experience. Both the quality and quantity of the food was excellent, I really enjoyed the rooftop view, the service was prompt even the staffs were very courteous. I would love to recommend this place to everyone.

Decided to visit this place after a hectic office day. Location, view, ambience, staffs, food, mocktails…a few to mention about it’s greatness. A perfect place to to get refreshed with your friends/family. One of the best rooftop cafes in town!

The food was good as well as the ambience.bt the service provided was so poor, we had to wait for more than 1.5 hours for one pizza. Bt the staffs did not take any effort regarding this.not acceptable

Good ambience, food quality is okay but drinks are just horrible. They made horrible cold coffee and peach ice tea with pineapple syrup, too bad man.

For summer evening, ambiance is so perfect. Food quality and quantity were more or less satisfactory. We had Fungi Pizza which was cheese burst and Murgh Malai Kebab for appetizer. Staff behavior was friendly enough. For the first time we got a pocket pinch rooftop cafe in the city. And lastly if anyone wants to enjoy one of the best views of sunset and a evening of city of joy with cold breeze, warm air and cozy ambiance; highly recommended place is here.

Nice Ambience, Value for money, Lip smacking and nice quantity of food.
Service boy Debayan was great. We got our orders within 15minutes on rush hours.

Very nice ambiance, pretty affordable food and beverage prices, no liquor available, has got a superb city view, would love to visit again!

Taste of food is worst. Fried chicken was too much oily and over fried. Worst french fries ever. Couldn't take another bite of Pasta, the taste and consistency was worst than road side vendor. Never coming here again. Neither will recommend anyone.
