A family restaurant with great food, ample portions, and reasonable prices. However, staff behavior needs improvement, they were notably rude.

Yesterday we went Bistro for dinner, we just ordered basil fried rice and hoy garlic chicken at 9: 35 pm. But they served the foods almost after an hour while they were serving our neighbouring tables who came after almost 15-20 mins later than us.we asked several times about our orders but they just ignored and finally after lots of shouting they hurriedly served the dishes in a dirty plate. We were the regular visitor of Bistro, but yesterday's experience forced us not to visit that place again. Last time also the food quality was not good. I think Bistro is detoriating there food quality also.

Then quality of foods are awesome and delicious also. The items price are affordable. First time experience is so good. Specially the mix fried rice and the chicken items is really delicious.

This is one my favorite restaurant. I have visited multiple times here. All can visti here and have lunch, dinner of their choices.

Situated in a cozy corner of sulekha petrol pump, it is a fully ac restaurant with seating both at first and second floor. The wait time is a abhorous. The food quantity has reduced. One masala kulcha had zero stuffing. Mutton was bare bones. The carribbean drum sticks was small and barely had any meat. The gravy was miniscule. The tikka butter masala pieces were so small. Overall very very disappointed. My all time favourite for childhood has now ruined. I don't give so less but don't go here. Trust me

The amount of food is good enough, and they deliver very soon compared to other restaurants are around. And also affordable. So overall it's 4 start resturant. Go for it.

Quantity and quality of food served is good but the service rendered is not near as good as it should be.

Good ambiance. Nice place for hangout lunch and dinner. Staff bheviour is nice. The manager is very much friendly and helpfull.

I am a frequent visitor of this restaurant with my family. Definitely the reasons are nearness to my residence and good quality food. Parking is a bit problematic. About 100 m apart there is an opening in front of Mahadeb Decorators. That place is not always available. If public conveyance or walking is a choice then this is very good place to have dinner with family or friends. Price is standard - not low. About Rs. 700/- person having starter, main course and desert.

A very good restaurant inside a small lane near Jadavpur 8B bus stand. Its a 10 minute walk from the auto stand.
It was crowded and its always a good sign!
We had Fish Tikka which was moist and melt in the mouth. We loved it so much that we ordered it a second time!
Then came the Tandoori Chicken. It was good not great but quite good.
The last showstopper for starter was Crispy Fried Chicken. It was also quite good. But it became a little cold when we started eating as all the starters were served together. This should be looked after by the servers as the food gets cold quickly because of the A. C.
For main course we had simple tandoori rotis and Chicken Malai Butter Masala, very average.
One more thing we were sitting right below the A. C.and there was no temperature control and I suffered from severe sneezes after some time until I changed seats. Also the service is quite slow.
Overall a very good and pleasing experience except a few misses from the servers.

I have been a regular to Calcutta Bistro for almost 10 years now. The chinese food they offer is very nice and delicious. Specially the chicken lollipop is famous and hit.

Good restaurant and the price is very reasonable.

Food is great and if you love Chinese then this should be on your list.

I have been there more than a few times and never have been disappointed.

If you are going there on weekends, I will highly recommended you to book a table or be prepared to wait. The restaurant is very popular in the area and usually running very busy.

The best thing in this resturent is that quality food. All items are not so much spicy, oily. Well maintained ambiance that attract you more. Overall, it's a good place for dinner or lunch.

Bad experience.can't trust wholeheartedly.some times deliver low quality food particularly while ordering through Zomato.stinck of old used cooked oil are being emitted from food.even items are being interchanged at home delivery.even while trying to get on line they are showing rude behaviour.

This place is a hidden gem i must say, quality and quantity of food is really good, but number of staffs are so less resulting a slight crunch in service. But overall i had a nice experience over here, also this place is really pocket friendly, i will visit again.

Awesome. Once you eat calcutta bistro's food you gonna addicted. Must try Reshmi chicken butter masal with chicken biriyani and also Tandoori chicken one of the best i ever eat and Pan fried Chicken momo just wow. Just go once and then you will be there again and again. And for Mocktail go for Humpty Dumpty.

This place never fails to amaze me. Since childhood I am visiting this place and the mughlai here is finger licking good.

Delicious food, good ambience. I have tried Carribean chickens drumstick. I still remember it's taste. Very affordable price and quantity is also up to the mark. Good for all types of groups. You can take your family, childrens, friends, girlfriends, etc. Friendly workers. Situated just near the road so you don't have to walk a long. I will highly recommend you just go there and enjoy the hot and delicious food.

I visited this place after quite a bit of pestering and nagging from my wife but I am glad we did visit Calcutta Bistro.
Its located behind the Petrol pump which is situated on the trijunction of Sukanto Sethu. You need to look out and search the entrance as its kind of hidden.
We were welcomed graciously by the supervisor in charge whose ettiquette was spot on. From inside the place is quite spacioua and the guys serving maintained proper Covid safety protocol.
We ordered Drums of heaven, 3 way firey chicken, Fish lahsooni and pineapple fried rice. The taste was excellent and portions justified pricing point. Would recommend.

The food served was very tasty. The ambience was nice. The quality and quantity was satisfying. The restaurant staffs are quite professional, the food was served timely.

Pathetic service provided by Calcutta bistro. We ordered 4 masala kulcha 1 butter nun, 1 balti chicken, 1 chili chicken. 1/3rd of total items arrived and forgot to provide chili chiken.when asked for it, they said its under preparation when we alrdy half of food.they kept us wait for the side dish for 30 mins.if u r being late dont deliver the half food.either provide full item else do not provide at all.not gonna visit anymore.

Its a lovely resturant. The food is just awesome. The food is freshly cooked and they take that time. The quality and quantity of the food is huge. Its good for two person One portionis enoughfor two person. And not to deep in pocket. Its very pocket frindly. Loved the food. Its located near sulakha more just backside of the petrol station. The Chinese is the best.

Quality and quantity good at this price. 1000/- is enough for 2 people easily. But now a days a bit understaffed possibly due to covid situations. Prior reservation is a must if you don't want to wait in the queue.

Quality and taste are not up to the mark. We used to love the food of this restaurant.

Hakka noodles are very dry and rubbery.
Taste of the fried rice is also bland.
Sweet and sour fish is not bad.
Mongolian chicken was good.

Great restaurant! Offers a lot many options for every mood! The staffs are very well mannered. All food items are very tasteful. There is a good collection of menu even for vegetarian people.

One more time in the restaurant & experience as good as before many times I visit this place.

Drum of heaven is just aw. Some & other (soup, rice, fish) is so good.

The food is awesome there with cheap price. Cocktail is not served there but you can try the different mocktails available at average price.
