One of the fraud shop in srerampur.specially the sell workers.i brought Dell laptop within 1 year it got defeated.most insensible workers are working here. If you don't have any knowledge of the product you want to buy then pls don't ever try to go in this shop.then you will be cheated surely.

I visited the place for the first time and it was a great experience for me. I brought a desktop pc at a very reasonable price. And the staff there were very friendly and well behaved.

Don't go there to repair any laptop and cpu, they are only changing spare parts they don't try to solve any internal problems i think they are not trend actually. Very bed experience

Its a fraud establishment they are running in the heart of Serampore. I went there to repair my Cannon printer which was working but paper was getting jammed after 4 days they called and said i have a motherboard problem & its gonna cost 15k i asked them to return the product the same condition i gave it to them and asked for the demo.the printer was not starting at all. Certainly they have changed my motherboard and put a faulty one instead. And still now stalling me. Trademark robbery show they are running.
Think twice before you visit this fraud establishment.

They are running a total fraud business. We went there to fix our laptop and they said it would take 3-4 days and also they quoted some price but after 4 days when we went up there they said it can't be repaired. So we brought our laptop home and gave it to some other shops and they said all the parts are already stolen.nothing can be fixed inside.

Guys go there if and only if you want to regret your decision.

If anyone want to harassed ideal place for harassment.the audacity and arrogancy is high level.

Pathetic customer service and highly overpriced. Just because serampore doesn’t have any other computer store in prime location it is still running.
None of the staffs have any interest to attend the customer. Just imagine 4 staffs doing their other works rather than attending 2 customers. And the customers are just standing 5-10 mins to ask the price.

Just don’t open a shop if the staffs aren’t interested in attending customers.

PS. The small shops opposite to Aradhana or rms market sells computer parts in much better price and attend the customers.

Camrllia is Fraud. They cheat customers and always overcharge for everything. Totally "Chor ka dukaan". Please don't go. They will cheat you. Pathetic customer service Pathetic behavior. Liars shop.

Shop owner is very nice person. But one confusion. Why all equipments are taken inside of office room for first time configuration settings? It is not being carried out in front of coustomer. Something hidden factor is there.

Best Showroom for Computer. I like so much. The price of computer is very good. Specially I like the behaviour of Staff and Owner. Thanks Camellia Computer Bazar.

Please don't go there for the purpose of repairing your computers and laptops. I went there to repair my CPU which was not working due to inadequate power supply through SMPS to its Mother board. They told me that they would inform me within a day regarding the status of my CPU. However, 5 days were gone and they didn't inform me. Ultimately, I myself went there to inquire about my CPU and all of a sudden they informed me that motherboard was damaged and hence it needed to be replaced along with new processor. They didn't inform me anything about this major problem at a time when I was waiting for their phone calls for knowing the status of my CPU. I realized they were trying to convince me with their lucrative words. I took back my CPU without paying heed to their words for getting my CPU repaired with their so called major solutions that would charge excessive amount. Lastly, they charged me Rs. 360 just for "Fault finding" in my CPU. Thus, I had not very pleasant experience with their customer service as I ended up wasting my five crucial days.

One of the worst places to buy computer. Rude behavior. They will increase the price just before you buy a product and then quarrel with you. Most probably sells fake products.

Terrible service and behaviour.they convey a price through phone and offer a totally different price on visit.and on complaining they threathens and tells that there was a cross connection and it's totally the buyers fault

The staff are very helpful. You can get all kinds of it goods here. Product prices are reasonable. And even after sales service is also undoubtedly better than any other IT stores. So I'd highly recommend them to huy your laptops desktops and other items.

BEWARE OF CAMELIA COMPUTER BAZAR. THEY DON'T PROVIDE SERVICE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. THEY CANNOT RECOGNISE THE CUSTOMER AFTER SELLING THE ITEM. EVEN, THEY ARE VERY RELUCTANT TO PROVIDE CARRY BAG AFTER SALLING THE ITEM. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY THEM MANY TIMES REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

Advertising as "Kolkata Rate". But considerably higher price than Kolkata. Cannot handle customers properly. Misinforms customers to sell their stock. Rates get changed (demands higher rate) when in shop than told over phone.

We bought a Asush laptop and they configured it as per our needs. The same laptop was not available in Amazon, but we got 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Nice 60 ghz display along with a branded Asush laptop bag only at Rs 30400/- including SGST and CGST.
