Canteen Pub & Grub

The food is amazing and the decor and ambience is simply amazing, the behaviour of the staff is very good, a highly recommended place for teenagers and people who wants to have a hangout with their close ones or friends
The food we had:
1. Non-veg broccoli soup
2. Dry Chilli chicken
3. Thai green curry
4.peas pulao
5. Chicken lababdar
6. Masala kulcha
7. Chilli Chicken Gravy
8. Chicken Fried Rice

This place is full of thugs, they advertise that they are offering draught beer kingfisher at 1299/- and stuffs, but when you visit the place, they say those are out of stock, only 1-2options are there which are too costly. Fake people.

Well where do I start but the horrible pop playlist and the speakers turned up to max. If you go there, don't expect to have a conversation with your companions. This pub will blast your eardrums to the point you come out temporarily deafened. The design is incredibly kitschy featuring an anxiety inducing cheap floral wallpaper and random vintage prints that have no correlation whatsoever. The food is over priced and over-spiced. But it should be right up your alley if you like drunk, over dressed, barely legal millennials clicking selfies around you. All in all this is where sophistication goes to die an inglorious death. You have been warned.

P.s - the only reason this gets a 2 star instead of 1 is because they have live plants instead of the generic plastic ones.

The drinks were limited. Surprised that on a Sunday night they ran out of red wine. The white wine I ordered din't give any kick and it seems to b stale. The starters in the kebab section was bad. They used the same marinating for both chicken as well mutton and it was too tangy. They also seem to be ignorant of many etiquette. White wine was served in the glass meant for red wine which was let down and disappointed. I only enjoyed the music over there

Very poor quality place.chapdi place.staff behaviour is very bad and rude.don’t go that place.food quality is very bad.

Worst, service was bad and it gave us food poisoning and even they didn’t let us seat where we wanted to, even when it was all empty as it was a weekday afternoon.

I like the decor and overall ambience of the place.only turn off is its too small.the dance floor is tiny and the smoking zone is upstairs which is a bit problemetic.

The Pub and Club is an absolute gem! The lively atmosphere, fantastic music, and impressive drink selection make it the perfect spot for a memorable night out. The friendly staff and vibrant crowd add to the overall experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a vibrant and fun-filled evening!

Worst staff behaviour.
Specially someone named sourav constantly asked us to vacate when we were eating and enjoying our drinks.

The staff charged us 10,000 rupees on a bottle of 2000 rupees whiskey, which we hadn't even ordered. And when confronted about it, they threatened to call the police on us. They even accused us of harassing other customers when we asked the staff about it.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill, the staff is also really friendly. They were having great DJ evening from the early hours.coming to the foods and drinks, We ordered
1. Chicken BBQ pizza, which was awesome
2. Canteen special LIIT. It was pretty strong I must say.
3. Mojito, which was not that overwhelming still satisfactory.

We went there for lunch party. A great place with young crowd. Haopy hours is a good time to go there as LIIT was only for Rs 300.
Chicken tikka platter was worth the money.
Interior was giving a feel of garden.
Overall good experience.

The food was really good. I loved the cocktails that we ordered. We ordered seesha too. The ambience was also quite appropriate. We can spend awesome time with our friends here. Weekends will be really nice and happening here. I have been here on weekday.

I actually prefer restaurant or pub not because of food or drink because of atmosphere. Canteen and Pub has a attractive atmosphere. Its feeling like a hut inside a deep jungle. Water bottle is not allowed inside. All alcohol in charts are available most of the time. Food is good but little expensive. It is situated in 3rd floor.

Very chep service.yesterday I went here with my brother and his 2 friends and in the entry they asked for I'd card I give my I'd card to them and then they say that I am not 21 years so i have to pay 3000 cover charge to them for entry.few days ago I called them and asked that I am not 21 I have to show I'd or something else and then they say no sir the entry is free you don't have to show any I'd or something els and the entry is also free of cost.this place is not for 21 Below very dicusting rule and very disappointing.if you phone call them for asking any thing they're ok with your all questions and when you reach they ask thousand of questions

First impression has been excellent. We had a party on 23rd again, around 30 people. It was outstanding. Food was fabulous, and the service was special. Courteous people, smiling and helpful. Did not leave our side the three hours we were there. Will go again.

We had a great time. Everyone was very sweet and friendly, the atmosphere was wonderful. Enjoyed a lot with my friends. And i want to specially thanks Supriya for her service

It's affordable for party lovers and also the happy hour is from 12pm to 06pm

Loved the place. The best place to party at Northern half of Kolkata. I'd say Looking into the rates & the ambience.

The rating and the commentry is based on the past though (2020,2021). I have been to canteen since the opening day of the pub! Have partied for a decade in the city and would like to mention that the administration till early 2022 was superb and crowd protective. Canteen has lost many faithful consumers in bulk over a year due to jealousy and bias amongst the Management. Hope for the best, as I've had many good memories there! I hope the AC is working nowadays and the LIT is as adulterated as it used to be.

P. S- The Hub of false allegations. Any customer facing issues with it. Please make sure you challenge them for video clips. They do it on purpose!
