Very bad experience in this Hotel. No proper light in the entrance of Room No 602. So not provide drinking water even not able to provide glass tumbler. Very bad behaviour of staff. No proper electrical switches. Very unsafe. No intercom available in room for communication. An lots of things.

The worst hotel in Oyo. Pathetic service, disgusting rooms. I urge you all whosoever reading the review. Never book it. You will regert

Plz don't visit this hotel. Room is so dirty.bathroom is in very condition.its smelling alot.and they don't provide other room.they r demanding extra money for other room.overall experience is totally bad. ‍

Overall the room was clean. Bed sheets were clean. Bathroom was moderate as well. Staff were helpful and their behaviour were friendly as well.

Hotel is renovated in new looks inside, room is not less then 3 star. We stay in suits room and it's value for money. Location and safety is excellent. Staff service is good.

I booked this room through Oyo and I paid 2777/- for 3 days.
When I checked-in with my family the room was totally different which I saw in the photos while booking. Now I want to check-out immediately as my family doesn't want to stay here anymore. I don't know whether I will be getting the balance amount refund or not. I am waiting for the Manager to come.
I request all the people never book any room based on the photos posted by the firm.

You can check the availability online and book only you satisfy with all the aspects.

They are treated very bad towards customers who are coming there.and they threatening to customers for police.the service were worst

Horrible rooms with paan and ghutka stains right next to your bed. The actual rooms are a far cry from the ones posted on Oyo. Won't even stay here is it 500 per day

Edit 1: Team Oyo I had complaint but these same exact things the night I faced the issues. But after multiple calls and an hour if waiting i was told I would not be given a refund and the maximum you could do is give me 20 percent of money I paid in Oyo money only. Forget about going back to Hotel Gardenia ever, this was the last time I used Oyo itself as there are much better alternatives available in the market today

Worst experience, the manager doesn't have any sense and behaves as if he owns it. He cancelled my OYO confirmed booking without even informing us for the second time, though OYO had already sorted it once and also sent a mail about the same. He doesn't even care that we have a medical emergency and he has the gut to not accept our booking even without concerning with anyone. If the rwally have such a great business, then why did they had to tie up with OYO in first place?

Good low or med budget stay hotel you can book online. Even suit room (as per their claims) feels congested, stinky. No restaurant attached, no parking area, got fined twice for parking in front of hotels (they say parking space available while booking) on road side by Kolkata police.

Hotel rooms are very worst and the reception person is very rude. Not even worth for single star. One of the worst hotel I have seen in my life. Please don't try this hotel. It's really nightmare

Best hotel in this area. You will get 3star hotel facilities in budget. All staffs are honest for his duty. You will get good food in hotel. Even you can order from Online app.

They are cheating customers. Rooms are of very low quality. Very different than shown in pictures uploaded by hotel.

In Oyo they show different pictures but in actual they give you different rooms.
They don't give early check in.
Even the bedsheets weren't completely clean and was changed only on requesting.
