First of all the location itself is excellent, poshe and calm. The staff behaviour was very polite and humble. Rooms were big, nice, cozy and clean. Complimentary toiletries and drinking water are provided in the room. Overall it was a lovely experience. I would highly recommend this place for couples stay.

I had a confirmed booking through Makemytrip in this hotel from Thursday 20th October, 2022 to Saturday 22nd October, 2022. Total rent was Rs 983.00 for two days (might be some offer or any tieup was there). But when I reached in the hotel at the evening reception girl was demanding Rs 1300 for each day in total Rs 2600. I talked to the owner lady too, her behaviour was too harsh that I needed to register a complain in Bidhan Nagar police station dialing 100. I am thankful to Bidhannagar police to respond to my call and quickly reach at the hotel. But after several requests from police also owner didn't allow me to check-in. I am thankful to Makemytrip to arrange me an alternative hotel without additional cost.

Don't waste your time and money here
You will definitely regret it later.

Her terms and conditions is totally different from the oyo.
I recommend try another hotel

Such a bad experience with this hotel. After booking the hotel they were asking for extra payment. I had never experienced such a bad experience with other hotel.

I would suggest never to choose this hotel.
The behaviour of the staff was too rude, they treats the customer as they are not valuable for them.

Very good experience. Rooms are very good and the staff are very cooperative and supportive. Outside food is not allowed. Inside food is allowed.

I booked the hotel from Goibibo. But when we reached at the hotel, they demanded extra cash, moreover they did not provide any bill.
They hotel stuffs are too rude to handle and they don't know how to behave with guests.

1. Once I had checked in the hotel they were asking for extra amount. Reason was Oyo price was low as per there expectations, so they needed more amount extra 1134.2. Wifi wasn't working most of the time. And internet speed was slow too.

3. When I had booked the hotel that time breakfast was complementary and amount was added 440 for the 4 days. Next day when I asked for the breakfast they were said they will not Provide and will charge extra for this.

4. The checkout day, I have asked them to provide the receipt, which amount they have taken while checking.they have denied to give it.

5. Unprofessional and rude behaviour of the staffs (Receptionist), Like we can give any reason to not give you the room like you have not submitted RTPCR report etc.

6. Food price is too high and Don't know where the 5% GST charges comes from the bill.

Room was cleaned & good. But Receptionist one person taking is very loudly & rude. Recipients not give me booking payment any bill. She ask me we provide 1 room and dont give any money recip or bill. And she waiting long time for room. All Hotels parking charges are free but this hotel take parking charges 150 rupees.its totally payment procedure is illegal. This hotel take parking charges very high & no give me any money recip. Otherwise room is good.

First of all Room is very Dirty not cleaned. And Room service was very slow & Very Expensive food compar to hotel. Out side food are not allowed in this property.

They've charged extra ammount for room rent.
They don't allow food from outside and it's way more costly than usual if you order from hotel restaurant.
Otherwise room was clean and luxurious. Service is good.

They take booking from oyo and make my trips etc and on arrival at hotel they refuse to give you room at discounted prize. And on weekends They increase rooms prize according to thier will. Selling packed drinks 50℅ more then mrp. They do not keep sanitisation measures, bed sheets were dirty having oil spots and on 2nd day of stay resecptionist refused to get clean our room. After insisting for 1 to 2 hour they change bedsheets n clear bins. It was worst experience. I would never suggest any one to go there.

The worst one in the entire city but surprisingly they've lots of positive reviews. Anyway, no one would wanna be there again. The attitude of the staff is like Poo from KKKG, the only difference is she was pretty and wasn't serving you. There's a trick they play which is providing a room with two tiny beds instead of a large bed. Then they'll ask you to pay extra 500 but still won't upgrade your booking to deluxe. They'll harass you while checking out, they'll harass you while checking-in and they'll harass you during your stay by not providing you the complementary breakfast. Trust me, even their AC stops working and they don't have geyser in the washrooms. If you're staying more than a day, they'll not even clean the room.

Rooms are amazing but it's usually booked. Outside food is not allowed the in-house food seems a bit costly but ok.

Room and bathroom was fabulous. Foods are tasty but overpriced.room services are good. Far from main place. Overall there was a great experience. Thank you The Platinum.

This hotel will not allow outside food and if you order food from their restaurant that is highly overpriced.they even take 30 rupees extra on printed price +5% gst+service charges 10%. Food quality is poor as well.

Bad service and behavior they denied after taking the amount in advance all staff including owner are lier, food quality is worst. They say one amount for prepoking and denied about the same and asked for additional charges on the day of booking and if I asked to cancel it out they said you haven't paid any amount to us after showing the proof that I have already paid the amount they denied to return and use slang language if u say anything.

The hotel does not allow you order food from outside. The food in the hotel is super expensive and yet very bad quality. Ordered fish but it was stale and stinking bad. On your food bill they will charge you 10 percent service tax and GST. The rooms are smaller and they dont provide anything in the bathroom. No bathmat no soap no garbage bin. The staff tried to open our door using a master key.

Washroom is good.
All over is good.

The room provided to me was a little bit smaller than what was shown in the Oyo app. Food Prices were way too high. But everything else was Good

The hotel is run by bunch of incompetents. They have no idea how to talk, behave and respond.
Please avoid such kind of hotels, just donot book because it's cheap. In the end you will have to pay more with 3rd class service.

Very bad behaviour of the receptionist. She even violated the policy by clicking our photos in their personal phone. They do not have the webcam. They has the card machine still refused to take the card. Faced very bad harrasment.

Room was clean and spacious, Staff was well mannered and the place where this property us located is very much perfect no noise away from tarrik. Recommended

Location is good. But it costs a lot. Damage charges are high and service charge is too high as per their service. Over all good. But their service wise they should revise and reduce all charges.

The location is in a quiet residential place and the good things almost end there. The rooms are on smaller size and feel like cramped. Two small beds joined together. House keeping is very poor, non reactive to any of your requirements. Lady at the Reception staff is polite. Food is okish, but of course on expensive side.

Stuffs are very rude they don't even allow anyone to meet any visiter (even a female person) which is a very bad thing if someone is coming for some office paper work they should allow them to visit at least.

No support from manager's and no service for cleaning room changing old linens for new customer, me crying for two days. Absolutely negligent.

This is a totally fraud property. First of all, we booked a room for a double bed but were provided with two single beds. This happened twice with us while visiting this Oyo. Still we considered them. The worst thing that took place with us on our last visit was that we were charged with extra 250INR for a stain on one of the bed sheets which is clearly an old stain (of at least a day or two). The management claimed that we stained the bedsheet when we only stayed for 5-6hours.

I loved the service and the quality of rooms. Staffs are supportive and cooperative also.
Quality of room is really good but there was a smell of cigarette in room when I just opened for the first time and that could have been cleaned properly. Also the staffs in reception should know or speak english as well.
I would recommend it.

Firstly scam is going on over here, at first place at the time of check in they said we will be provided wtih twin single bed while before check in when we called to confirm the booking they didn't said anything like that.

And the scam reached its peak when we were checking out, we had to pay extra Rs 250 for stain which was pretty old, at first place they claim it to be food then they claim it to be blood, when I tried to call oyo's customer care they took property owner/manager on the line who was very funny man, only by seeing the photo of stain he claimed it to be fresh and not old.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL OYO PROPERTY. It will just bring down oyo's name. Shameful.

Firstly I have to say it that they make their mindset that here only couples will come for one night stand so in their thinking just a room needed in that case. Rooms are ok type but the bedcover, pillow covers are not at all washed. Numbers of spots are there, now days cleanliness should be the top most priority. Beside this, hotels staffs are good, food is average but expensive.
If u are just want to go for a one night or few hours stand then it will be ok, but not appropriate for long stays.

Fooding is too costly. And outside food is not allowed in the hotel. U ll not find any food hotel nearby.otherwise room is ok.

If you go there booking through oyo they will definitely give you a room with two single bed. Always. Its happened to me twice now. Both the time the offeed me that room.we had to re book another oyo. I think the stuffs are instructed to do so and behave indiffertly to persons with a oyo booking. This single bedded room is the worst among others.

Customer harrasment has been noted on several occasions even when the customers had no fault at all.

Not worthy of even 1 star. Don't book this hotel through Oyo if you are getting it at a discount. They make you wait on the pretext of readying the room and if you say anything the reply is 'You can cancel your booking and go somewhere else'. Finally they offered a room with two separate beds and on requesting that they change the room the lady at the reception told us there's no room available and to look for a room elsewhere. They didn't even have the basic decency to provide a bottle of water or towels or soaps. The wifi also doesn't work. You're charged 150 extra if you want to park your bike inside. Please avoid this hotel.

This is a totally fraud property. I booked a double bed room for one night, and what i was supplied with was two single bed room. Its very annoying. They provided the food (as outside food wasn't allowed) which was worst as per quality and quantity to say the least. They even charged us extra 250INR as there was stain in one of the bedsheets, but the interesting thing is, we didn't even entered that room.

Yes the hotel was a nice place. A budget hotel with a big room with cosy bed. Nice bathroom. Food was also delicious. A park come playing ground is there in front of it for fitness you can go there and also fir timepass. Do visit the hotel is a secure and comfortable place.

Anyone might knock at your door or ring bell at 3 a.m. Midnight.without any purpose and just run away when you open the door. Even the management does nothing on being informed. AC doesn't work.

In its class, this hotel is one of the best. Value for cash. The rooms are tidy, the bathroom is highly decorated and all modern facilities are well fitted. Besides the hotel, there is a park. Some rooms have an optional balcony. Really.really, very.

Location on maps is wrong. The property is very difficult to find according to maps. Please rectify.

Hotel is good.ambience is also nice. But they charged for parking which should be free as mentioned on OYO

Good budget hotel. There is no shop available nearby. Not even a tea shop and so you have to order it from in house restaurant which is very costly. No transport is available nearby except ola and uber. Locality is good. Cleanliness was maintained. And staffs were also well behaved

I booked this hotel through oyo 2x classic Room and king size bed but when I go for checking receptionist told me they can provide me 2 separate bed.on booking time showing king size bed and checking time they provide separate bed.what is this. I think this hotel is fraud.

Location is quite far from market & connecting places. Food is expensive and out side food not allowed.staff are professional wont help without interest.

This hotel is one of the best in its class. Value for money. Rooms are clean, bathroom is highly furnished and well equipped with all modern amenities. There is a park beside the hotel. Some of the rooms have balcony option. Very peaceful environment. Staffs are good and cordial. Only concern is the food. The price of food is bit high and the quantity is also less.

Well, don't go, the hotel manager is MASTAN type, after having a bad experience, I rated the hotel 2star and the manager called threading to change the rating to higher one.be very careful with this particular hotel.

It's a decent hotel with affordable price. But their breakfast facility is really disappointing. Moreover, there is no good restaurant nearby for breakfast. Room service is good and a la karte dishes are tasty enough.
Overall, good hotel with not so good breakfast facility.
