Great location and a good experience overall. Well maintained rooms and swimming pool. The property is well maintained with lots of space and privacy.

The place n ambiance is really beautiful. Family and couples can comfortably spend time in open garden place, especially during full moon day. A must visit for dinner during a full moon day.

Great place for events. It has 4 halls and lawns for weddings and receptions. There is a large parking lot and some very nice service apartments.

Beautifully located just near by Gariahat. Huge area, swiming pool, where kids will be happy to stay as well as adults. Rooms are big and comfortable. Every comunication present here. A serene place in between city. Once you enter here you will forget about city life. One can arrange big party, marriage and other program here.

Great Experience and a wonderful property.whether business travellers or leisure its a best place to stay. Very calm and comfortable. Food also great, juat a bit costly.

Don't mistake this place for a resort, as it is not one. It is a big property. It is given in rent for events such as marriage, anniversary and hosting parties. It has a hotel as well and a swimming pool. The room service is really poor at this place. The entire section that is given in rent for events is devided in three different sections so at one time three different parties can book the place and have their events at the same day.

It's a small fast food stall, there is a cabin inside but there is also a small sitting arrangement outside. Food quality is okay. We ordered momos, tacos, chicken lollipops and chicken noodles but was not at all satisfied with the noodles and lollipops.but rest of the food was good. Overall nice place for sudden hunger or snacking with friends.

This a wonderful spacious resort in the midst of the hustling bustling city. The entrance is unassuming and the charm that lies inside is unthinkable.
They host events like weddings etc. The halls are great for such purposes. The lodging options are also quite up to the mark.
The rates are on the higher side, and their catering option is not mentionworthy, but they cooperate with outside catering if the guest hire any.

Good ambience. A little far from the airport, but closer to famous kolkata market. Rooms are big but not properly maintained

The staff are well behaved and all functioning amenities around the place makes the stay great. The place is nested in and around lush greenery and restaurant/cafetaria serve good food.

Room (208) is good. Amenities were also good. But hot water supply was not adequately taken care of. In addition the attached washroom smells as if that of some gas leakage

Horrible. Bad location Bad service Bad environment Just avoid. Food is tasteless. Extremely noisy because of wedding venue in the complex. It’s more of an apartment block converted to hotel rooms. Location is far far from everywhere. Need to have your own transportation.

It's my earnest request to hotel to please provide me with the no from which I can book a couple friendly room manually. I hv stayed before in Ur hotel Nd wanted to stay also in future so please do the needful.

The staff behavior is really very bad. They don't know how to talk politely. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It is a big butt complex resort it is hard to find where the alberti resort because of its complex campus it have swimming pool big hall and well furnished rooms

This place is really good along with its properties. The only cons being is the Check in time is 1 pm. Otherwise all good

It is a lovely resort with a huge campus. There are banquet halls, swimming pools and huge spacious rooms. The atmosphere is very peaceful with lush greenery and I love it. I have been here for two weddings as well and it is a perfect place for any of your special day celebrations. And I love the behavior of staffs as well.

The location shown on the map is incorrect. Well the price of food and other condiments are comparatively very high (*Exorbitant*), as per their standards. The property isn't maintained well especially their are cracks everywhere and toilet water will be dripping continuously.

Again I booked just because of Oyo. Poor service quality and rude behavior of the reception staff. Our checking time was 1pm but we did not get our room on time. In others property we usually get by 12. Instead of giving rooms on time they are behaving like we are taking there rooms free of cost. Highly disappointed by the service as well. Always asked twice or thrice for water at the reception. They are least bothered to give their guest. Not recommending to anyone. Low rated service and staff. First you people trained your staff how to behave with the guest

Everything was just great.its just that if you book via oyo app please do not make a pre payement. We have faced harrassment regarding check in. Had to cancel and re book with an upper price. So go for a direct payment at the hotel
