Booked through OYO but receptionist denied check in first when we are moving called us back but we were forced to pay directly them thus missing the discount from OYO
Superb host, very cosy stay. The swimming pool area and the garden area with pond and bridge is extremely good to enjoy. Children can enjoy it throughout the day moreover it's pet friendly. Their behaviour and service is very good. Food is so tasty you can only come to test the Bengali food here.
No safety measures are taken, staff behaviour is not good and they are not keeping mask, No screening and Manager is not following the Safety concerns. Oyo is one of the worst app and everyone is getting cheated with their ratings.
A good holiday resort but needs better management and maintenance. Has good facilities for spending time but it should, add facilities for business travellers. It has great location and space for upgrading and needs a good manager.
Because Yesterday I visited with my wife for lunch, but the representative took us to Bar section where some people were consuming alcohol, so I came out from the bar with my wife and sat outside, I think the bar portion and the family lunch and dinner portion should not be in the same premoses

It's an OK types hotel. We were riding from Kolkata to Gangtok and late at night we came across this resort and thought of spending the night here. There is a price difference on booking at this property online and offline. So please confirm with hotel people before booking it online via oyo etc. They have drinking water issue here. They even charge you for drinking water. Please clarify before planning your stay. I would rather not choose this place in future.
Worst service, not hygienic food at all (as they demand), poor reception, and a giant size honey bee nest at the front side of reception, now enter at your own rist. This area is not at all peaceful, construction is still going on. Rooms are big in sizes, as well as bathrooms too.

The decoration is awesome, the long tree in front of the resort it gives a very natural forest view to the resort. Swimming pool are is very neat&clean.
I have been to Mayaban restaurant and bar, mesmerizing service with polite attitudes of Mayaban employer as well as employees. The resort was once scenic, but with the latest extension of NH 34; it lost its scenic touch a little. Otherwise it's a nice place with scenic ambience and a nice swimming pool waiting for you to dive in.
While the rooms are specious, rest everything is good for nothing. The washroom is broken and geaser doesn't work, bad staff and the place is not maintained at all. Only advantage it has is that it's on the highway, I would never go back there
Excellent rooms for the price. Booked through oyo. Conveniently located just beside the highway.great for people who need a stopover for the night. Totally worth the price.
