Capital O 736 Hotel Saltee

Good stay.booked 10 rooms during my wedding for guests, they were clean and staff helped with a comfortable stay. Their restaurant had some yummy North Indian food too. Would totally recommend it.

This is a small hotel with clean rooms and good service. The restaurant at this place has a few veg items, and ordering on Swiggy might be a better option. Mr Kajal, who works at this place, is very helpful and courteous.
Accessibility score: two on five. This hotel does not have wheelchair access, and persons with blindness will need assistance to navigate through it.

Lodging is okay and rooms are well furnished. Price is above rate. WiFi and pure veg food available from adjoined restaurant.

It has a beautiful location, not very far from Karunamoyee bus stand. Very neat and clean with good staff and a vegetarian restaurant.

Good place to stay. Room and bathroom is clean but stuffy. Bathroom definitely needs a exhaust fan. Bedding can be more cleaner. Some staff members are very good, polite and caring but very few are quite rude.
Food in Haveli restaurant is very good, but slightly overpriced.
Overall nice experience. Stay is comfortable and cosy.

Issues: Geyser and Air conditioner was not working for a full day. Electricity came and went and on the 3rd day of the stay - the power totally went due to an issue in the circuit which was hazardous.

Not expected from an OYO hotel.

Overall a good experience. Pros: 1. Very near to karunamoyee bus stop. 2. Food was very good. The restaurant has received times food award. 3. Cleanliness of the hotel. 4. Behaviour of staff was professional and as expected. 5. Value for money. Cons: 1. I felt the towel provided was not fresh, on request they changed it. They explained that due to heavy rains the laundry has not been drying.

Room service responce is tremendously slow. No prior arrangements of Towel and soap kit in the rooms. Water glass are rare to see. Improve saltee. Your are situated at a prime and reputed place of Kolkata.

Good location, not very far from airport. Rooms are on average side. Food part was not at all as per expectation. No absolute choice for breakfast, no matters which suite you choose you will get cold breakfast everyday and just dosa and sambar. Overall experience was not very good. If you are food lover and looking for good room service and please don't go for it.

Must stay here if you have work around saltlake.

Good stay among the area always busy. But the complementary breakfast was limited and not that much good. Other than that the hotel was very much visible from the main road and the view of the window are much good.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Good room service. Air conditioner was not working but air ducts were as a replacement but was quite noisy.

I was here because the hotel owner had conducted the poem junction. My uncle Mr. Yash Malviya is renowned poet from Allahabad so I had a stay with him, the hotel was superb. I have only one question is it safe to leave cash inside the room while going for outing.
