Location was very remote area. Rooms were good according to price but their service was poor. Once i ordered a meal of 250 rupees but it was a scam. The meal was rotten and uncooked. So not recommended

Well the room are awesome neat and clean and staff is so friendly and the location is very good on the main road and personally I love beeu because I had a marriage function in beeu guest house

The behavior of the staff is very family-friendly, cooperative.

Room was good in condition. Receptionist behavior was good and cooperative.
We ordered food from the online platform because this guesthouse doesn't have own food supply. No issue for transportation. You can choose OLA, Taxi, Auto, Bus or Metro.

Good hotel staff and very tasty food. Value of money I'll visit in next month again. Friends I'll recommend you when ever you come to Kolkata close your eyes and check in at BEEU GUEST HOUSE

Guest house is at a very good location which is a plus point when selecting this.

But room service staffs behaviour is not good.
When staying for longer I had to monitor them for a proper room cleaning and had to complain at the reception multiple times.

Room is clean but service is bad and they promise to free breakfast but they charge for breakfast at the time of check out. Behavior of staff is bad. Don't choose this hotel

This is hotel is the worst one. Staff are terrible.front desk guys were worst and indifferent.i went with family and they have no consideration.rooms are worst quality. AC is broken and beds have bugs in it.gloomy ambience.it is a mess in the middle of a messy location.only reason to book is its proximity to NDLS station.otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all.even the wifi is worst.
This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in. We had been in the room 10 minutes and asked to be moved due to the dirt in it, we were moved next door which was no better. The window did not close and did not have any view never mind a city one as the glass was white, the floors had never ever seen a mop, the toilet was filthy, the bathroom door was mouldy, we had no hot water for 3 days, the disco next door blasted out until after midnight, we did not unpack because of the dirt and there only being 3 hangers and a broken drawer. We had toast for breakfast as we thought it was the only safe option due to the dirty clothes the cook was wearing. One night someone thought it would be fine to install a fan in a plastic window next door at 10pm using a drill and a hammer. We were also given unusable money from the currency exchange, which was rectified, the WiFi was hit and miss. The AC was very loud, I could go on.

Good hotel to stay. Everything is fine except wifi services and also they don't provide normal drinking water.

Nice location. Just besides the road. Had a good sleep. The rooms were well maintained and staff was very helpful in all the needs

Very good and close to R G Kor Hospital. Room clean and stuff was very good. Near belgachia metro station.

Hop in only if you have no other options in North Kolkata - be prepared for sleep less nights - the activities around don't let you blink an eye - don't get carried away with the OYO tag and the breakfast freebies- it's too meager and without options b'fast - even drinking water is provided in the rooms on chargeable basis -

Cooperative staff, well connected location, good rooms but one thing to be improved that they even charge for drinking water.
