You can't get a better deal with ₹130. But I must say the seats could be better that they are just too tough to have a seat for more than 1 2 hours

Good one, quite cheap tickets. But seats are not so good, leg space are very less. And in case of 3D cinema, 3d glass and picture quality are not good. Some times behavior of few staff are not professional, specially in the ticket booking counter.

Good but they need to improve the quality of food they serve and they specially work on the varieties they serve. Should be more interesting and tastier. No comments for the quality of audio.its just full of satisfaction. A suggestion go for it guys!

The important note is that it is no more Carnival Cinemas, now it is SSR Cinemas.
But nothing has changed and everything remains the same.
You will only get newly painted walls.
The ticket price is low as compared to other cinema halls in Durgapur.
The crowd is low.

It's a cinema hall, and prices are convenient plus you will get a discount on Wednesday but they keep changing the day for discount

Although it's an awesome multiplex cinema ensuring ultimate comfort for it's viewers and also maintaining strict standards for preventing piracy and hall recording of films being played. But from the point of being punctual, it needs to improve a lot. Yesterday I went to enjoy the film "Annabelle Comes Home". The show timing was 8: 30pm, but it started almost at 9pm. Administration and staff needs to check that everything is working as per the promised time.

Very bad experience. Parking refusal, but within minutes they allowed another car in parking. It was too insulting. Even inside shops do not provide changes.

It is one of the newest multiplex in Durgapur city and is located at the top floor of the Fortune Plaza in Benachity. The tickets are usually placed at lower price as compared to Bioscope and Carnival at City Centre. The multiplex is clean and well maintained, seats are quite comfortable. The screen is however small as compared to that of Bioscope. The most irritating thing about the multiplex is the amount of advertisements that they screen. For a movie of around 2 hours, 30 mins of ads are screened. This is more frustrating during the night shows which extends beyond the bearable range.

Nice place. Movie tickets are not so expensive here. Screen and sound is so clear. Customer services is also very good. 3D movie experience is also good.

Best in benachity, durgapur. Nice picture quality even though not the best. 3D picture is bad and so is the glasses provided by them. Prices of food stuff very very high, this isnt any PVR keep the prices down. Toilets very dirty and not managed. No drinking water facility provided. They usually don't have small denomination change. During the movie the passage lights are never turned off.

Worst place to be.you have to stand in long que for ticket even after booking online, the theater was very poorly maintained, very dirty, full of popcorns and cold drinks glasses from the previous show.seems they clean once in a day. The washrooms are dirty and unhygienic. I am not going there again.ever.

Worst cinema experience, dont go arti carnival go for carnival cinemas in big bazar building.arti cinemas cuts the scene from the original track of the movie, pls pls dont go, unless u have lots of money and time

There is no proper banner to go to the movie hall. I was confused how will I reach to the movie hall. The screen brightness was very low. Bellow average.

Its ok. Not as good as i expected. I came here to watch Avengers: Endgame in 3D, as you know its a great movie for pvr and 3d Hd graphics technologyless theater. And Arati could not meet my expection. Other facilities are also not good. The entires are very narrow. And the assitant stuff are also narrow minded. Please prefer Biscope (@ junction mall) over Arati Carnival.

There are two screen. Screen 1 and Screen 2.
Screen 1 bigger but the screen brightness is low.so its quite uncomfortable to see (specially during any 3D movies) when some dark or night scenes are playing. Screen 2 is little bit small as compared to Screen 1 but screen quality is better as compared to the other one. Sound system is very similar in both of them! Overall great! Air conditioning is fully working! Washrooms are neat and clean! Food services are there! They need to improve the brightness on both the screens.

Locating in the heart of Benachity, Aarti Carnival is good enough having good sound system, seat and picture quality. The workers are well behaved and helpful. Arati carnival has facility to receive food, cold drink etc while watching the movie. At the last, it's quite fun to get a view of adjacent Mall

Staff behaviour is so good and best thing what am I like so much, that is here no self service in food.

Movie Hall is good enough, all the facilities are there, only mticket is not available in this hall (which needs QR to scan). But City center's Carnival is bigger, so better viewing experience, plus more Parsons watch movies there, so according to your choice you should go to the hall you want to watch it with more people or less people.
By the way moreover you will have the same experience in both.

Movie hall is better than many others in Durgapur but the way they charge us for the popcorn, cold drinks and other snacks, it's just like dacoity. Even the word over pricing doesn't match the rate charts. AC is always on with turbo mode I guess, that's why many people feel very cold after an hour or so. But Audio visual clarity is exceptionally good.

Carnival arti cinema has the facility of watching 3D cinema. The cinema hall is not as big as big bazaar carnival cinemas. The picture quality is not too good and the screen is of moderate size. However the seats are good and place is clean and tidy. One can opt for going to arti cinemas if he wishes to watch movie at a reasonable price.

Not satisfied with the service of staff.any cold drinks chips not allowed.they sell their products in very high price in the hall.
