Okay, toh recently, several average (but honest) reviews frustrated the owner to the point that the person behind the profile (possibly, the owner) ABUSED a lot of reviewers on a sponsored (note that) Facebook post!
Hence I'm reducing the count of stars from 3 to 1. Nevermind. *screenshots attached*.
What we ordered: Crispy Chicken, Earl Gray (tea), Cappuccino, Dry Chill Chicken. What we liked: Crispy Chicken, Dry Chilli Chicken What we absolutely hated: Teaa! Yes!
The first order of Earl Grey tasted bland, so we complained. The order was replaced with Darjeeling tea, it tasted even blander. So yes! Go for coffee, avoid tea!
The chicken preps were fine, perhaps decent by a standard.
The takeaway is the bird's eye view from the floor. Sitting on the edge of the floor and staring down at the busy NS Avenue is quite a fun activity, I must admit.
Umm. I hated the music there though. Agh. Walle Walle Punjabi songs! Doesn't add to the experience.
Taste of the foods are below decent. Not happy with food. Quality is also decent if not bad.
Only the location is great. The "Bird Eye View" is appreciable. Good for adda with friends with a cup of Tea/coffee, though the tea is not 'BAD'. I had to change it. It is worst, though the cappuccino was good.
Only because of the location, its worth visiting but don't waste money trying foods.
Great ambience.amra order korechilm -lime & mint, chocolate milk shake, cryspe chicken, fish chili, chicken tikka pizza.cryspe chicken ta khb besi salt.pizza ta puro kacha, puro kacha moydar moton khetekhb baje.lime & mint ta quintity vlo na test less.r 2to item vlo chilo.bekar amader taka gulo nosto hoyecha pet o voreni.
Every food i ate here is not tasty at all. Once i ordered tea it costed 50 but wasn't worth. Also when they served it. It cooled down. I love the environment here that is the only reason i go. No doubt the mocktails are good but they change the presentation and taste the second time when you order the same drink
The cafe is located at one of the best places in the town. But unfortunately, the staff is not capable to do justice to their possession.
The entrance is filled with filth. I don't think anyone has ever cleaned it up.
The interior is okay. But, it reveals the lack of classy taste.
Our table had water spilt on it with splashes of some food.
The food is average. But, only a handful of them are actually available. I don't understand why they add items on the menu which cannot be served.
The behaviour of the staff members leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think any of them should ever serve anyone. The most basic things like greeting a customer on entry, being polite during a conversation were missing. They didn't even know that after leaving the "bill" it is supposed to collected.
The bills are written with pen on small sheets. They are not legit ones.
Overall, I would only recommend this place if you are too reluctant to go elsewhere. Please, stay away from this place.
It's sad that these guys have a great place but have no idea about how to run it.
Drinks wise its okay but the food stuffing was horrible, we ordered chicken sandwich and popcorn and noticed that there is no or very little chicken in it.how can they call it their "chicken sandwich"! Hope they improve their services.otherwise place is good
Today I have experienced the new taste of chicken sandwich damn spicy, saucy, juicy n buttery taste. Its yummy delicious I would love to eat again and again. Nice mocktail. Friends come and taste the absolute delight of food nicely served.
Interior decoration is beautiful.and food is average.not bad.specially hot coffee is my favorite item in Castle.chicken popcorn was also ok.but the sandwich is not so good
Its more than just high quality food for the family table. Nd frnds party. They provided high quality food i think its better for our health. Thats why i want to visit the place again nd again.
Situated at the 4th floor of the Mileage Footwear building, just opposite to the Manasi Bazar this is a spacious cafe with minimal decor and a vast menu. Not very known to the general public yet this is a nice place to hangout. Food is decent and sitting arrangement is cosy. From the wide glasspane you can get a bird’s eye view of the hustle bustle below. Talking about the suggestions they should play some soft instrumentals and must build an washroom on the same floor.
Had to eat veg burger which they preferred to call chicken burger. Virgin Mojito was nothing but light green water with mint leaves. Coffee Freeze was quite terrifying! And the service was quite amateur.
EDIT: 2nd time visit, well the food has taken a turn for the worse. The chicken sandwich didn't have chicken nor was it grilled like said.
First visit was great though.
The place gives you the whole view of the bustling crowd below, Bang opposite Manashi bazaar look up! kinda hard to notice from normal street view, need to take a lift up to the 4th floor. The view and decor is great too.
