Recently i attended my cousin brother's marriage here. Very well maintained and charming ambience with great food and service.

Krishna Singh Asst. Food and beverage Manager he's a very helpful person and we got good service and very amazing food and for sure we will come again in this hotel and stay thx and regards Dhruva Malhotra

Not suitable for newlywed couple.
They have given me delux room instead of selecting and paying advance for premium room.
They asked for money for washing pillow cover which had a sindoor mark, not sure they wash bedsheet and pillow cover before giving to customer.

Celesta_kolkata is fooling all the customers around. I have booked their services for my reception which was on 7th March, 2021. They charged me 15 plates extra and forced me to pay the entire bill before leaving. Not only that they harassed me and my entire family before the payment. I have all the communication with me and bills that we paid and certainly going to launch a complain for the same. Their service is very customer unfriendly and the do not obey the contract and deals at all. I still regret for choosing @celesta_kolkata as my wedding venue. Being a responsible social media influencer, I will certainly submit and post all my proofs for the same to make others aware and request other not to avail their service.

Room floor was kinda sticky.
Location is fine.
They will only provide 1 liter of drinking water after that u have to pay despite Booking a room for 5000 ₹ so u r good to go if u r from Rajasthan or a women

Rooms on the 6th floor are very good but on the 4th floor very small spaces are there.
Service is satisfactory.
The location is also good.
Breakfast needs more variety.

Excellent spacious banquet hall, large enough to accommodate at least 200 people, it's located on the 7th floor, food was tasty, parking space is also available on the ground floor, Right on the ViP road hence conveniently located, easy to find out.didn't stay hence can't comment on the room.overall an excellent choice as a banquet hall.

Went for lunch at Advieh Restaurant in the Hotel. Well prepared dishes. The Tandoori Roti was fantastic, it matters to me. If only the Veg Dum Biryani had potato in it, it would have been perfect.

I stayed here 18-20th July 2021 Rooms are good but in papaya i found a cocroach and i called up serving team and f&b manager to show him what they are providing to the customer.
Food hygene was not good.

Worst in linen maintenance, no control on number of occupants in one room, hotel is good, food is just okay,

This hotel is near to airport and my expectations were bit high but this hotel didn't met to my expectations. Rooms were so smelly. I guess cleaning staff has never entered into rooms to clean & for dusting.

Have had a family wedding reception here. Hell lot of cons.
1. Banquet is on 7th floor
2. There are only two small lifts having 4 pax capacity.
3. Catering service could not handle serving loads, somce there were two parties going on simultaniusly.
4. Food was being exhausted and refill time is pathetic.
5. Starters (non veg) were exhausted and when asked for refill, staff denied that only 90 mins is the serving time. Although there was nothing mentioned in the time of booking.
6. Washrooms are too small.
7. Waiters are not well trained.
8. Quality of food is pathetic.
9. Packaging time is too long.

In a nutshell please do never book this place for wedding or other reception party purpose.

Celesta Hotel is awasome. We enjoyed our party at Celesta Banquet on 23 rd February 2021. Nice food and beverage service. Well behaved staffs.

Recently we were at this humongous property called Hotel Celesta located in VIP road and had a wonderful time. The quality of food coupled with the quantity served was absolutely commendable. The showstopper of the experience was absolutely the courteous behavior of the staff and the gals ambience.

I HAVE BEEN THIS HOTEL (CELESTA) BY 2020 JAN, IT WAS JUST @WESOME & HIGHLY APPRECIABLE EXPERIENCE WITH MY HUBBY.

Really good stay, I stayed in room 605. The lady at the receptionist was very polite and professional and also called me a day before for the agenda (most of the 5 stars don’t do that), secondly the rooms are cosy and the food is top notch!
The waiter/housekeeping staff Shibhu is such a amazing worker, my recommendations for him!
Will definitely visit again! Thanks for having me! Cheers!

Very slow service and very bad taste of the food items.

Nice and comfortable stay. One of the best for unmarried couples, near to airport. Staff is really good and courteous. Worth the money.

There are many reasons.
1. Room floor was sticky
2. Flush was not working we complained several times but still it was not resolved
3. Even though the checkout time is 12 they will ask you leave hotel at 9. We saw the rules of the hotel at the exit that the checkout time is at 12.4. Staff is polite but they won't listen to anytime till you tell me 3 4 times

Well meintained room and the breakfast includes an uncountable variety of dishes. All luxurious livelihoods are present there.

Rooms are good and a little bit expensive (3500 INR) considering service. Hot water not available at night and compared to Ibis sipcot- Chennai (breakfast, lunch & dinner is bufe and free and room cost is only 3500 INR) it is actually nothing. Lift has a turtle like speed and can hardly accomodate three person. No Sandler is provided in room, low light and overall miser service compared to price and other same level hotel.

Good hotel. Staff behavior is very good. For small meeting, the Senate in the basement is appropriate. Food is good

To be honest not a pretty good hotel as per service. Location is good. Rooms are just fine. But you will face now and then little little issues which will make you feel irritated. Guess they will rectify those problems soon enough.

Good hotel to stay for business people as well as family. Hot water was the issue when I stayed but overall I had a good experience. Limited but good breakfast. Overall food is good. Located near airport. Good veg restaurants and shopping malls are just at walkable distance.

A nice 4-Star hotel and also their food quality is good. The bed room is large size with awsome decorated like as bride chember. Really I liked their services with staff behaviour. I think the hotel is reasonable than others in Kolkata. Really its a awsome place for staying and party by medium cost.

Decent rooms within decent price.however rooms services are expensive.like tea for 2 person is around 400.very clean and tidy rooms

Conference facility is average. Food quality is horrible for vegetarians. Could notice some of the companies holding Conference complaining of poor quality of Non vegetarian food too.

This place is good, food is awesome and banquets Runaway is help us to arrange the office meeting very smoothly
