No proper label in the clothing. Some of the clothes even had stains on them. Weird place to shop. Additionally, I'm not sure if the air conditioner works inside the mall because it's just too hot inside, especially when you go up to the men's section. Wouldn't recommend shopping from there.

Very large mall, well maintained.
But there is no food court here and very less place to sit and relax/hangout with friends.

Collection of items is very good and wide range of items available.

There is no management in the Central store. It seems that since Reliance has taken it over, no staff member is there to help the customers. All the clothes are scattered here and there.

Central is very famous for furniture, all type furnitures like sofa, bed, bathroom sets there are available all type furnitures if u buy a flat then after u go to central there are lots of furniture u buy it then ur flat looks is awesome, staf boys behaviour is awesome, and dress available, men women baby care products, in mall there are offer like exchange offer in furnitures u can go and enjoy this offer thank you

Good stock and good place for shopping! However, don't fall for offers. It will take you ages to get the free gift.

Central is at the verge of shutdown. No attendants in any of the counters. Only one person is available at the billing counter. All items are at 50% off. Trial rooms not working. Parking is still free though.

It's going to be completely closed by mounth end and something new would be coming up

The mall was pretty much deserted when I visited there, and everything felt like a clearance sale at 50% off, shopped a lot at such discount prices

NOT RECOMMENDED TO VISIT ANYMORE The mall seems to be on the verge of permanent closure. Products are not being dusted. Very few salespeople.

A waste of place! So many good clothing with no price tag. Displaying but not for sale! A painful business with bad management!

Disappointing, it's on the way to closure. Such a huge place. Maybe it's Bengal and it's poor economy, maybe it's the company in Doldrums, but this place has gone to waste.maybe a new tenant comes in with a good product.

Central Mall is a shopping mall. Earlier it was Home Town Shopping Mall and now it has changed to Central Mall. The bus drops off at the beginning of Axis Mall flyover and one has to walk from there.

Inside the central mall there is a large area dedicated to Reliance clothing and here you will find all types of Reliance branded clothing. Inside it there are many other types and small stall types of other companies.

Very expensive shopping mall for middle class.

There are also various food stalls inside. Other companies are also here apart from just shopping malls.

There is a stall called Biswa Bangla on the second floor, there is a variety of saree collection which attracted me a lot.

Central is about to close.last set of clothes are on discount. Hometown is there above Central you can buy awesome furniture. Need more maintenance.

Looks like the mall is shutting down.all items available at discounted rate.a dream discount.

It has become so untidy and lack of latest collections.except the 2nd floor. I visited today but returned back unhappy.

This place is semi closed. There is no AC and very few options. Only furniture shop is open on top floor.

Decent place but can have better collection as what they have in Mumbai and Hyderabad etc. Kolkata collection is not as great as the other cities. Could be because of walk ins or demand. But very frankly you need to improve on the north Indian taste of suits and collection

Great collection, more than enough. They have their own parking slot and enough space is available outside to park your car. Even they have very good collection of decorative items.

Excellent place for shopping. This place is near to axis mall. Good parking place with loads of options for shopping. Little inconvenient for shoppers coming in public transport.

Nice place. Have multiple brands under one roof. Free parking is available in basement. After shopping you can enjoy relex time in the park next to it and can taste some rodeside snacks too.

Good for those who wants every brand in one place.collection is also new.after covid I visited this place no new collection I have seen.
