Central Bed & Breakfast in Kolkata exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a great start to our day. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kolkata.

It truly was a great place to stay at. Breakfast was super tasty, both Indian and continental, and available in more than sufficient amounts. The rooms were well-equipped, with a big TV and proper sound system. All interior was brand new and well maintained. The location of the place is central.
The staff was very receptive to our special requests, i.e. Early breakfast. There was free drinking water.

Restaurant is well decorated and the service was great and so was the food. Their special of this restaurant was amazing and the price was reasonable.

We had a great stay. The hosts were super lovely, and so was the service. The rooms are great with all the facilities one can think of. Also, they have a great collection of books and games if you’re bored. I would recommend this place to everyone.:)

Booked central bed &breakfast for two weeks it's the best place to stay very reasonable price good location, it's central and accessible to all the major places the owners of the property are very caring and helpful towards their guests the breakfast is cooked fresh and served the two staff working there are very helpful.

I had booked 2 rooms for my parents and in-laws for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, spacious and newly renovated with even surround sound speakers set up which was really cool. Mr. Jayant (care taker) was super helpful and polite all the way through. The chief cook and housekeeper Mr. Sanjay made really delicious food and was always willing to help. Definitely recommended if you want to stay at heart of the city and have a good accommodation.

Recently refurbished, modern and well-equipped apartments close to the center of Kolkata.
The host is super knowledgable and always willing to help. Jayant gave us a lot of valuable tips about the city and helped organise next part of our trip. Thanks to his help, we could enjoy the city from its best side and save a lot of time.

Good clean homely experience, just a bit costly due to the location. But worth it if you're with family or a partner!

It's an apartment with four bedrooms including a common drawing and dining. A kitchen is also there. The rooms are much bigger than you usually find in thr normal hotel rooms. The owner Mr. Jayant is a very good human being and tries to fulfill whatever you need. The breakfast (complementary) are basic with some extra like Parathas but you'll get round the clock breakfast (basic) and tea/coffee.
The problem is its far from New Market and Park Street area and you have to use taxi. Those who wants to go for treatment to Belle Vue Clinic, this is a perfect place to stay. There are almost no restaurants near by. A restaurant (dhaba) is about 750 meters away which is good for vegetarian but not Halal. You can order food through various web sites. A person Sanjay is there if you want to make food (vegetable thali).
There is a telescope facility what you can watch free if you request Mr. Jayant. There is also drop to Airport or Station in a cheap rate.

Super central location. Super large room, we could fit the whole family in it. Very helpful concierge by the name Sanjay, who even cooks delicious fresh breakfast for you. The host is also super helpful, we only spoke to them over phone though. One is also allowed to utilize supplies available in the facility, like milk, bread, tea, coffee etc and also the shared kitchen.
One area of improvement is the bathroom. Although I was informed it was recently renovated, seems like it could get a complete overhaul and redesign.

This is really a must stay place, if your looking for some good time in Kolkata. I was very sceptical 1st to book a service apartment in India especially while travelling with my parents due to some personal experiences, but due to peak time, didn’t really find any good hotel. Now I am more than glad I took this decision. My 1st conversation with Mr. Jayant Agarwal to book Central Bed & Breakfast itself went so positive that I was so taken aback by his behaviour and understanding nature and decided to take this risk and booked his place. Once paid, he send me all the details, the location, a video tour of the apartment, door lock number is a mail which was more than clear. And the apartment really blew us of our feet. It was soo damn neat and well maintained and everything was soo in place, I felt more home than a tourist. The apartment is located in the city and it has such a wonderful view from the windows. We had taken 2 rooms, so he gave us the one with the connection between which made it easier for us. The care takers were also so down to earth and took care of small requests also and my parents were so impressed with my selection. We met other tourists from abroad who have been staying for weeks and they were all so impressed by the support Jayant even offered them to select places to visit as well as food to eat. The breakfast we got both days were just amazing, and even for other meals we could use the plates and spoons, and some common supplies like bread, jam, cheese, fruits, juice could be used any time through the day. One more thing which I really felt impressed was unlike hotels or other places; all the toiletries used were branded stuff and all neatly placed. I think if you give me a chance I will go on and on. But just to sum up, if your looking for a homely stay in a very decent and clean atmosphere in Kolkata, Central Bed and Breakfast is really a wonderful place, even better than few hotels (I have stayed and I can tell u this is better). Thankyou to Jayant and his staff for making our stay so memorable! Highly recommended!

Large, clean room in a fantastic location. I can't think of anything about this stay that wasn't optimal.

We had a fantastic stay at Central B & B. Our hosts and staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely and clean and very well equipped. The breakfasts we had during our 2 weeks stay were delicious. We were so well looked after by staff who were friendly and responsive. The location was great near to a Metro station and lots of good restaurants and great street food. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and one that made our holiday very special. There is no hesitation in
recommendIng Central B & B as the place to stay in Kolkata.

Were put with 4 people in a room with one double bed, single bed and mattress on floor. Guess that should not happen. Otherwise nice place.
