Cheap & Best Biryani

Chip & Best is called the best destination for biryani lovers in Burdwan. But I personally don't like their biryani that much. The meat is very dry. But their other items are good. I had the recent chicken korma. It was great. The service is very good. The quantity of half plate biryani is also big. The lower floor is very hot. Because the kitchen is in front. But there is AC upstairs. If you sit upstairs, the bill of food is Will have to pay 10% more than that.

Both chicken and mutton Biriyani are average.
The only good thing is the gravy of the chicken chaap.

Price slightly high. But the taste is very good although the meat are not soft here. Best place for biriyani in Bardhaman according to many. Although tastes differentiates between individuals

Cheap and best biriyani one of the good biriyani shop. I recommend for adult people. But I will not recommend for the kids, because of spicy food.

I've gone there so many times, it's the best oveasly but not cheap but you would like to get worthy of your every penny. If you're a foody then it's a perfect place for you. But carry a fat wallet to see your belly getting fa?

After eating a small amount of food you'll feel full and would not be able to eat anymore and feel uneasy afterwards.but their taste is good as well as the ambience

Had Mutton Biryani and Chicken Chap from there many times.

The mutton piece given was gummy (chewy) and was not properly cooked.overall aroma and taste was fine though.
No problem felt with Chicken Chap.way better than other biryani centres in Burdwan.moderately good ambience, hygienic place.

Hence, a decent place to go for a Biryani Date.

Now service became very poor, staffs are not so good at first floor. Biriyani tastes are good. But you have to put effort to call the staffs.

So far one of the best chicken Biriyani I've ate.
We also had butter chicken & chilli chicken with Kulcha.

Talking about biriyani- 9/10
> Quality & quantity of #rice is well.
> The #meat was- succulent, juicy & balanced spiced.
> And the alu is big & tests decent enough.

* Don't go with mutton, surely get disappointed.

Butter chicken -
Taste good 8/10
Not a single sign of butter.
But the white gravy is quite sweet.

Chilli chicken-
Quite spicy 6/10
no balance of spices.chicken pieces are not satisfying.

Kulcha-
Pathetic 4/10
Not baked properly. All the stuffing & seasonings are also not cooked properly.

Conclusion- the place is best only for Chicken Biriyani. As I've mentioned. Other item are not soo up to mark.

Cheap in price but not in quality or quantity. One of the best biriyanis we had here. Located in the heart of bardwan city. Unfortunately we were unable to taste mutton, as it's out of stock. Restaurant was neat and clean, I will definitely recommend this.

The name cheap and best is a meme I guess. Wait wait I'm not telling about the quality or taste. No comment on it, the taste of the biriyani I had taken on 2017 was just mind blowing.
But as I told earlier it is not cheap but also not expensive thought. When the price of 1 plate chicken biriyani from a streat biriyani shop was ₹70 then the price of Cheap & best's biriyani was ₹130. Don't know the current price. But no matter definately try atleast once if you are a real biriyani lover.
