Mrs Annie was very curious and guided us with regard to our order. I always appreciated the good food but the extra mile is when it comes with humble and A+ service. It not just food it's an experience.

Have visited multiple times, usually on Tuesdays because of the offer.
Definitely the best on the menu is the basa fish, the Alfredo pasta, mushroom soup and the cheesecake. The chicken does feel a bit too bland for my taste

Management here are liars. You can pay via eazydiner and dineout, don't get tricked by them saying you can't, I lost a significant discount amount thanks to them.

This place has some amazing food. I have tried a lot of dishes from the menu and I have never been disappointed. You must try their classic nachos, roasted red pepper chicken and creamy mushroom soup.

Nice place to hang around with friends, should look out for their eye catchy deals which actually is super awesome. Visited twice last week. Got 1+1 on Tuesday (all day) on entire menu - deals making ideal for a budget friendly party givers!

Extremely disappointed. Never expected chillis food standard to be this bad in comparison to the money being charged.

I have a good experience at other outlets of chillies but here I experience very bad experience.

One of my go to place, and BOGO deals are always a plus point to be here.
I am a fan of their Butter Garlic Prawns, Bhetki in Lemon Butter Sauce and their desserts.
Annie took care of our orders and was very friendly.
They also have an upcoming BoGo offer on 25th of August.

I had visited chilis in Hyderabad before and hoped for it to be the same in kolkata, but I don't know if in general all outlets of Chili's has downgraded or just this one. The glasses they served water in were cloudy and cracked. The margarita almost tasted like a mocktail, did really have any alcohol. The burger was just not as juicy as I remember it to be. The only good thing was the Texas chicken. Was really disappointed to see how it was just not worth the prices anymore. Hope it gets better, but for now wouldn't really recommend to visit at least this outlet.

So I ordered from SWIGGY! And I ordered grilled chicken leg with steamed broccoli and let's forget the rest! They gave me a chicken leg which tasted salty and pitifully gave some leftover veggies. I paid 589 rs for that and then SWIGGY refused to refund the money although I told them to take the food back.for a grilled chicken leg which tastes better in some normal rated restaurants I would pay much less, but I trusted chili's and swiggy Its so annoying.why are you guys so shameless! Doing buisness is different and CHEATING PEOPLE is different

Loved the ambience plus the burger. The burger in here is amazing. Must try once when you visit this branch. I don't know about the other restaurants of Chili's but this one is super amazing.

We visited Chilli's recently situated in the Quest Mall, Kolkata in the month of August 2021. Personally to me the place is overrated and absolutely no value for money. The quality of food served is not up to the mark. I have ordered a ultimate bacon burger with tenderloin patty. The patty was absolutely stale and had minced pieces of bone in it.

Chillis is in Quest mall food court floor just beside the escalator.first thing I love is the quick service provided here. You will find each employee with the face mask and a hand sanitizer bottle on each table.this time I was more happy because unknowingly I bumped into the place on a Monday when they have happy hours.n who doesn't love to read Buy 1Get 1 Free!
Coming to food.for starters we ordered
1. Smoked chicken wings which came with an amazing dip and offcourse along with 2.chicken salad.our free dish.the salad is light on stomach and keeps you cool.
Coming to main course we ordered
1. Chicken rice bowl.a healthy fulfilling dish.the bowl has a portion of grilled chicken, rice, black beans, green leaves, corn and tomato and scrambled egg with some corn crunches to add to the flavour and
2. Spinach cheese taco with with a portion of rice and black bean curry.trust me you ll have cheese blast in your mouth.and finally to gulp all we had virgin moito which again is a wonderful cooler for one's stomach and intestines would feel happy

I was a fan of this place since it opened and untill few months back. From service to food everything has degraded drastically. Not sure if the ownership has changed but definitely the quality, quantity and service has. From stiff and not-fresh chicken wings to reduced portion of chicken and rice and everything to very dull looking plate of salad.i really feel sad to say all of this but this is true. I probably also upset the waitress as I asked to serve the salad after we finish our starter.she didnt think it was okay to serve the salad after. I will come here after few months just to check the quality as I would love to get back the old chilis with the same quality and service as it was before.

This of of the best experiance i have ever had and would recommed everyone to try the place and food. The atmospher is amazing and the staff is also very nice and helpful. Looking forward to visit again soon.

Pre-covid: The most important thing, Food, was absolutely amazing. I needed something healthy and filling and the salad that I preferred was amazing and fresh, the portion size was good too! The burger was very filling and everything well complemented with the drink Exotica. The service was prompt and good. The decor and ambiance was a plus. Loved the entire experience.

Post-covid: fell sick after one visit during post covid. Safety protocols weren't followed

Visited this outlet during last years Durga Puja few months back. Chilli's was on my wishlist for a long time after hearing so many positive reviews about the place.

Well i was quite surprised by the staff service. They attended us without any delay and served our food hot perfectly on time inspite of tackling such a huge crowd on the evening of Durga Ashtami.

Now comes the food. Quality, taste garnishing and presentation were perfect and top notch. We ordered
1. Egg rolls, chicken and mozerella sticks.
2. Chicken fajita
3. Ancho chilli fish
4. Corn fed chicken

I loved Ancho Chili Fish. It had the right amount crispness accompanied by mayonnaise and other sauces, its became more flavourful.
Corn fed chicken was also good, just i felt that it was a bit dry.

Chilli's have won my heart and am eager to visit the place soon.

Chilis is my go-to place, from mood refreshing ambiance to scrumptious food, friendly staffs, cool BG songs. Everything is so perfect when you step in to Chili’s. I never get bored of visiting this place. ️

It was an awesome experience to visit Chilis. Good decoration with world class facility along with great services. Good & well behaved staff & also they are very helpful in nature. Food was awesome with different choice and taste. Decoration & cleanliness is well maintained. Good experience.

Every time I visit this place I fall in love with it over and over again. The ambiance is superb. In absolute love with the food and service. A bit expensive but definitely worth it. Highly recommended

The chicken fajita was awesome and Evolution mocktail was a must try. I did not like the rice bowls other than that it was good. A lil bit on the pricey side.

It is one of my favourite hangout spots. Whenever I visit this place it reminds me of all the good times that I've had their. Love the ambience, love the food, love the hospitality. For me Chili's is Love.

I love all the items i ordered. It was a lovely day spent in Chili's. I ordered Fajitas, Veg rice bowl and the watermelon moijito.all taste food so i m happy with it. Service are good, they are so helpfull n polite.

Chili's has recently introduced all new Chef's Cut menu which includes 6 mouthwatering dishes specially curated by the Chef.
Recently I paid a visit to Chili's, Park Circus, which is located at Quest Mall's Food Court.
From the Chef's cut menu I loved the Grilled Chicken Breast with Creamy Jalapemo Sauce and NewYork styled Cheesecake most. The creamy grilled Chicken breast was served with mexican rice and Sauted broccoli. It's a must try from the new Chef's Cut Menu.
You can also try Grilled Chicken Leg, Lemon caper Salmon.
They offers some refreshing mocktails. I tried some and among them I loved Evolution which is basically a sweet and sour drink, a mix of passion fruit and Pineapple.
To end the meal cheesecake is a perfect option. Not too much sweet, melts in mouth, heaven.

Chili's brings you their new flavor creations with Chef Cuts. The newly launched unique dishes are must try from their menu. The taste and quality are truly awesome. The dishes we had: -

Grilled Chicken Leg: - Super juicy, grilled chicken leg served on a bed of succotash, creamy mashed potato and steamed broccoli with herbed red wine just on the side.

Lemon Caper Salmon: - A crispy skin fillet paired with creamy spinach, corn succotash and grilled asparagus with a tangy lemon caper sauce on the side to create a delicious experience.

Grilled chicken breast with creamy jalapeño sauce: - A tender, grilled fillet topped with creamy jalapeño and wine sauce, served with rice and steamed broccoli.

Steak with red wine sauce: - This unique dish was really superb. The steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. The presence of red wine and other spieces made it my favourite one.

Cheese cake: - A perfectly indulgent, classic New-York style baked cheesecake with strawberry drizzle.

Overall the food was too good. Really impressed with their service and hospitality. The following menu is available in a outlets of chili's.

If u want proper Chili's restaurant ambience go to South City Mall.food quality and beverages are much better than quest mall Chili's. I'm a regular customer of Chili's so I loved the South City mall restaurant food. Even d seating arrangements, hospitality and service is better in South City mall chili's

Recently, I visited @chilis.in (kolkata quest mall outlet). You can reach there easily from park circus railway station. The place is beautifully adorned and furnished and is perfect for both a family gathering and a friends' get-together.

It has many branches, the food and drinks are really nice buts it's a little expensive. Many people love its food and many of them just don't like it, as ever people have different taste. The ambience is really amazing its mostly fully packed, it's preferred to book a table and go.

In case you need to devour Mexican food and you do now not recognize where to land up Chilies is the right location it’s extremely good. The food and the decor is outstanding. I constantly revel in myself in chilies if you are in quest mall clearly give it a attempt.

Chili's doesn't need any introduction. The quality and quantity of food is always up to par in this restaurant chain and so is the price. Chilli's is a good hangout spot. The varity and taste of food are good. Quesadillas and rice bowls are especially good, must try.
