No hygienic, Staff will try to Robb you by ask high price in the name of GST. Will treat you bad if you are non Bengali speaking person. Rude Receptionist.

Worst hotel in my entire life. Not any service is good. The manager is also reckless. And very bad behavior. So I suggest not to go to that hotel!
