Chowman - Patuli

We ordered a mocktail called blue breeze, and moon fan fried rice (shrimp), chilli garlic chicken with pepper. All the dishes are quite tasty. Good food was served, and we enjoyed the lunch.

Order two plates of prawn Sui Mai, it would be 16 pieces, they cooked all of them together, for which they got, stuck to each other and while serving these were broken, got furious because of lack of sense.

Asked if this is how they serve a costly dish, well they replaced the second plate with chicken momo and charged only one plate of Sui Mai.

Poor service.

Have ordered from Zomato, today it has been 1hr 50 min still they are preparing, even they're not picking my calls.

Today I ordered one plate of chicken hakka noodle and one plate of pepper garlic chicken at 7.55 p.m. With prepaid mode. After repeated call from me I got the delivery at 11.10 p.m. Though the delivery time was scheduled at 8.35 p.m. They didn't even bother to communicate with me for once. This is extremely unprofessional. Order I'd 615287.

Don't order Bhetki items here as the quality is not good. I ordered Hunan Fish (Bhetki) but the fish was not fresh and when raised concern they tried to convince me saying that its so fresh and just caught from river. I simply returned the dish and didn't have even a single piece of it but they didn't forget to charge for it even out of courtesy they have did not bother to offer the exclusion of it from the bill.rest of the items like fried chicken, garlic fish, sweet corn soup was good.

The staff made our group of 9 consisting of 6 senior citizens wait outside because they didn't have a table.
However, when we wanted to place an order standing outside so that we can expedite the waiting time inside (since everyone owing to old age has medicines and need to have dinner and medicines on time) we were refused and told orders can only be taken inside.
Our total bill came to Rs. 3600/- but we have decided never to come back to this outlet. We stay at Salt Lake and find the service at the BF Block outlet much better. Also, our accompanying senior citizen guests were locals from Patuli and were very disappointed with their behaviour and services and have been telling their neighbours and friends to avoid this outlet.

If you love Chinese then it's the mandatory place to visit. Mouth watering taste and quantity.

They took 1 hour time for a 2 item (s) takeaway. The side dish which Mr. CHOWMAN suggested, may be I haven't had such a dish in my whole life-span, but mixed fried rice. I think the maid from sundarban has also tried the same. Oh my god the rice smells! Is older a couple of days, floating over oil garnished with some onion flower stick

They don't know how to serve customers. Only focused on take away orders. We and other customers were waiting for long and their attitude was not good.

They were using slangs!

Atmosphere is superb, cozy, friendly and romantic place. You can visit with your Family, Friends, Kids or with Aged people also.

Service and the behaviour of staff is good. The service is fast and on time.

We ordered shanghai chicken noodles. Taste is Ok or Good, according to me, might improve or chnge my the rating on next visit.

Loved the ambience and the food. We ordered lemon pepper soup, drums of heaven, American chopsuey, chowman special fried rice, vetki In soya sauce and. Except the fish item I loved all other items. The place is also clean and hygienic

Pretty cool for a cozy Chinese restro nearby. Great food, specially the Moon fried rice. Had the whole course meal and superbly satisfied.

It's was soooo good. We have ordered bbq chicken, egg chicken rice, Hong Kong fish and Schezwan chicken. All the items were do delicious and the staff's behaviour was so good. They hve recommended us the fish. We would love to visit again.

Horrible home delivery. Tasteless food with very less quantity. When complained on toll free feedback no. Nothing was compensated.

Nice food, delicious, portion is good and sufficient. Polite behaviour. Better to reserve a table before going to place. Limited table so u may have to wait during weekends.

You'll love the oriental ambience. They take a lot of time to prepare the delicacies but the taste is worth it. Try the tofu starter and kung pao.

The food is okay. The quantity is good but there's a lot of room to improve the taste. I felt the side dishes were too oily.

On calling up and asking if sitting place is available for 7, the restaurant staff mentioned that table should be available if we arrive within 5 minutes. However when we reached the place precisely within 5 minutes they mentioned that we have to wait for 35 minutes. No values for commitment.

Ambience is quite good. I tried hakka noodles their, it tastes really good, but parking area is a big problem, you have to park your vechile on the Main Road. Otherwise, it's a great restaurant to visit. Try it. Enjoy it. Thank You.

The worst food I ever ate. They did not know to prepare Thai dish. And they don' t behave like authentic chinese resturant. Sorry to say this resturant is just worst and I will not suggest to visit.

Called to book a table on receiving a massage from their website. But the lady spoke extremely rudely and slammed the phone on me saying they don't book table over phone. Absolutely appalled by such awful response from a supposedly 4* restaurant. Chowman, Patuli, shame on you.

The place is nice & according to the location it's easy to reach.

Food is really admirable & I'll rate 4.8 out of 5 in overall rating.

Every Chinese Food quality & Taste awesome.
The Best part is "their customer service".
If you put a Complain against any Food, then they can be change that dish and you will get another modified dish without any extra cost.

Decent Chinese restaurant near Garia Patuli.
Food quality is good and price is reasonable too. Support stuffs are very helpful and professional.

This used to be one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Garia Patuli area.
Alas it had become the worst.
Taste of the food which was it's USP is not present any more. All the food now tastes like cheap chienese outlets and that WOW Factor is completely missing.
Quantity of the food had decreased pathetically and waiting time for take away and dine out is a minimum of 1 hour wait time.
I have been ordering with them from the time of inception of this outlet and it saddened me to give a 1 star.
This outlet used to be the best and now it's a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Quality dipping with time. But still holding on. Great ambience otherwise. Menu is quite elaborate. Suggest that one sticks to the basics.

Used to be the best Chinese place in town. Now, food quality has degraded and is below average (in the cost per two range)

If i have to choose a restaurant whose branches are everywhere and don’t want to compromise/risk in taste i would choose this restaurant.

One of the best the ambience is calm, with clean, friendly staff, good service, and the best food.

Since i found about this restaurant i have visited many times chowman but in different branches just love everything about this restaurant and most important is that none of the branch disappointed with the food as well as the behaviour.recommendations from my side just try it for once you will not regret it.

I ordered Chowman at home and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the food. The combos are affordable and tasty. Would recommend the chicken combo with momos. They provided cutlery and condiments as well in a near little package

A bit of small space but popular among locals so generally crowded. Special menu card & exclusive preparation for kids take away worries of parents while dining.

Chowman as usual maintains a uniform food quality, with courteous staffs and nice ambience. You will not be disappointed of you are looking for a value for money Chinese meal with family.

Ambience is pretty beautiful. The food is good not extraordinary. We had a dish called duck roast that turned out exceptional. I noticed that the their fried rice is bit blunt in taste. Rice is mainly cooked in stock. However, it felt dried and devoid of essential veggies. The menu costs above average.

Good place for traditional Chinese cuisine. Anyone can hangout with friends and family. Not a big place to dine out.
But service was good.
