City Mart, located near the hatibagan crossing on Bidhan Sarani. Clean and well maintained place with helpful staff. Good family store. You can get any fashion item here & also get household items from here. This place provides offers, deals and discounts. A good shopping destination.

Worst shop I have ever seen. The cashier's behavior is unexplainable. He asked me to pay exact 530 rupees. As I have 600 rupees and doesn't have 30 rupees change, he kept the product and through out of the line. Very poor experience. I recommend not to go that shop.

Good shoping mall. Dress for newborn to middle aged and home articles. Price is not low or not high. General marketing can be done

Worst behavior among staff I have ever experienced. Especially if you go for exchange, it seems like they are doing pity on us. So humiliating at times, definitely not expected from a brand at this scale

Staff behaviour, specifically cash counters staffs behaviour not so good. Department wise needs some more staff to help customers.

They have a wide range of clothing includes men, women and kids. Besides these you may get household items from here. The price of the products are affordable. The behaviour of the staff are also good.

One bad thing they don't have any toilet to use for the customer.

I am a customer of since 2014.and this is the first I got very bad behavior from the employees. Present employee are very rude. Specially a guy of name Rahul is very rude to the customer.

It's average shopping mall.compare to others like bigbazar, spencers etc, quality wise price is not reasonable though collections are huge

Good quality Products in reasonable price. Large no of collection for Mens section. Well lighted. Air conditioning is working very well. More or less it is a good place for family shopping.

Bought a everyouth naturals face wash on 07/06/19 while buying the bottle looked a bit dirty but couldn't find the expiry date so i asked the sales person there i i asked him is it expired, the guy rudely replied we don't keep expire products here when i returned back i i finally found the expiry date and it was 04/19 it's a shame. Will never ever suggest anyone to shop from here the salesperson are off no use they are just roaming around and chit chatting in every corners of the shop. Worst experience ever! The Management should seriously look into its stock date. Really Disappointing

But the Quality of the products are not very good.
But if you want low price products, this is a good destination for you. Cloths to shoes, gifts to household items all are available here.
You can avail good discounts also.
They should add more counters during puja.

It's indeed a good place for family shopping. The prices are cheap and quiet affordable for normal people.
