It was a good experience. Went there for an office Dinner party. A good place to hangout with your friends.

The club is soo huge.the bar reception is just superb.and the foods are sớ delicious specially the dimsum.and the sushi also.must suggested place.because it’s a budget friendly club

Worst restaurant, I booked a dome, but last moment they change the plan. Service extremely worst staff was not good, food was also not good half cooked. Charge are high, money & Time wasted

I would like to be clear regarding this place the decor is excellent food is good but service is awful and moreover if you are planning to visit this place to celebrate your bday then outside cake isn't allowed and they force you to buy cake from their bakery that is wrong and if you purchase an offer frm nearbuy or any other application then they treat you in a manner as if they are doing a favour on you by allowing you to sit and to be honest the stewards are doing mockery by saying yeh nearbuy wale ka abhi tak hua nhii.

We went with a party of 6. First of all table was not set and had to wait for 25mins. Even after that no one was ready to host is as they had a corporate party. For 6 folks a small table was finally provided but cutlery was provided for 3 people only. Food and drinks both were very bad. Except the chicken platter and fish kabab everything was full of salt and unnecessary spices. The orange dimsum which is about 600 for a plate is worse than a road side restaurant. Never ever going back again.

We had tried to book an event in fenicia for 350 pack, the place, ombience as well as the staff the DJ all were good but 1 manager named amlan sengupta is not at all a professional.he is stating an high profile event if they cannot go by there budget we shud book a banquet, unaware of how to discuss business deals. As well as not aware how to actually behave cordially.but a guy named anjan Kumar das was really a professional, who gave us comfort but we didn't crack the deal because of amlan as his behaviour made us cancel the event when we had come down to finalise the deal as anjan had gave us a very good deal which went high after speaking with amlan.

Everything Was amazing.from food to hosptality.only con is Rs 1500 charge for few balloons, if you want a little decor in your candle light dinner.

The ambience and the vibe of the place is really nice, however, the food was not that great. We had the chips and dips platter wherein the dips were very bland. The bottled water was 350 which did not make sense

Really bad experience totally not recommended rather go ozora or something else if you keep ordering food and drinks they entertain once you say them that its done their attitude changes thats really cheap hospitality which wasn't expected here overpriced too

Gr8 ambience but drinks and food are overpriced. Peer to peer comparison itz very expensive. Not worth at all. Rather u should visit Altair or Ozora. Service is pathetic.

Inflexible management, incompetent staff, terrible approach, but beautiful venue and view. On the darker side, but if that is your jam, it works. It’s not a place I will visit again.

Great ambiance, good music and crowd, amazing service. It may seem a little overpriced but matches the quality of the experience.

Too expensive. The place n ambience is great n all. But when it comes to the food it really isn't upto the mark. The price is unjustified. Clearly you'll be paying at least 30% extra. Alcohol n cocktail drinks are inexorably high priced. The place is just not suitable for senior citizens as menu lacks variety there. Not value for money if I were to sum it up!

Had a lovely experience visiting Club Fenicia, the quality of the food is just mind blowing and so the quantity

The ambience was so good. Sitting arrangement was too comfortable. Last but not the least food was amazing and services also.

The ambience is good and it feels cozy little bit inside. Food is yum but the prices are little bit on the expensive side overall it was a good experience staffs were also very courteous.

Went during Halloween party. They have used their large space very innovatively. Loved the laser projection and lighting. Ambience and music was top notch. Only issue I faced: table service was not properly handled during crowd. For getting the menu itself, we had to wait for 15+ minutes. Can be easily improved though.

Perfect lounge for chilling with family and friends. You have a mocktail counter there which serves some serious mocktails that tastes good and interestingly it has health benefits as well.
Food is good as well.

A bit expensive but the ambience and the friendly staff makes your money spent worth it. A good place to have a date with your loved ones.

Great ambience. The rooftop bar area is especially recommended. But prices are high. Not smart to order high end scotch or whiskey.

The bill payment was mistaken.we had coupon for premium Medusa, but we were given norml Medusa.
Staff behaviour was also very rude! They included 3 Coke while we didn't order any coke.

I was here during the Durga Puja of 2021. The ambience is just perfect. The staffs are very young and cooperative. They are really trained to handle crowds.

Firstly, If you are here for the experience do visit in the evening.
Secondly, get your table away from the mounted speakers.

Already the prices are very high even then the staffs try to fool you by adding service taxes.

Great Ambience, Good Food, Nice place to party with friends! Combination of indoor as well as outdoor sitting. Offers Dome shaped exclusive spaces too for a romantic setting!

Most dishes and drinks in the menu were not available.
If you are going for the roof top, mind it mosquitos will bite you to hell.

We came to have dinner.
The ambience was too dark for my taste. Everything black and dim lights with ridiculously loud music. I have seen restaurants do this when their food is no good.

Distract people with loud music and keep the lights dim so you can't see what you are eating. Overwhelm them with horrible music so they can't taste what they are eating and get a sore throat just trying to have a conversation.

We had sushi - they had exactly one vegan option on the menu which was not there. They thankfully modified one of their recipes for me and edited out the cheese.

Almost everything else had some cheese in it. Another give away that they are not confident of their food. It used to be my mantra for cooking - when in doubt, have cheese.

After a point I just gave up and ate a few things becaise I was really hungry. Tasted nice. But strictly nice. I found the food a little too spicy for my taste

Had some dumplings bright blue in colour. So blue that even though the restaurant was dimly light. They shone on the plate.

Definitely not a place I will visit again. Come here if you want a dark room with loud music and very ok types food.

The staff is very rude. They don't have enough space to accommodate you on terrace but they trap you with cover charge, after which they will force you to sit indoors for which cover charges are not required. A pint of beer was Rs. 700-Rs1000 in which they were only serving Heineken. You feel deaf and dumb because of ridiculously loud music. Music that was being played was awful. Go there if you want to spoil your evening, waste your money and come back home with a headache. Only the pizza was a savior.

Very nice place to visit for couple, friends, family.but this is too expensive as well which we didn't expected.services can be improve. Otherwise all good. I loved the music quality there.

A classic example of how a 5-star restaurant can insult its guests.
We visited Fenicia on Feb 20 at around 9 pm. Four of us. First, there was a big hassle in getting us seated. Despite a confirmed booking on the terrace side, there was an animated discussion between the waiters and the managers to get us a table to sit. There were tables around but the waiter told us they are reserved. I wondered then what kind of reservation was ours? Anyway, we sat on the stools table (I hate sitting like that), but never mind. I hoped the food and service will make it up. The place wasn’t crowded, there were more waiters than guests, yet it takes time for someone to come up to the table and take the order. Unnecessary show-off. Well then, we called upon a waiter, placed the order for Charcoal Dim Sum – probably a best seller there, and as advised by the waiter. We also placed an order for Whiskey Sour and Iced Tea. Unbelievably, we got the Charcoal Dim Sum in less than 2 mins. Felt like the chef had already predicted the order. We ate, and it was CHILLED. Pathetic. After 10 mins came another waiter serving us Charcoal Dim Sum again. Wow, that was our real order. The other one was probably refused by someone and leftover. The chef with all his kindness of “why waste food” got it served to us. The managers were refusing any goof up. They said it happens. They took back the second order. Anyway, then came the drinks. I got my whiskey sour, filled with ice up to the brim. I sipped, didn’t taste well. I thought maybe the ice diluted the drink. I casually asked the iced to be removed. The waiter removed the ice and got the same glass back. The drink was only left with 35%. Because 65% was ice. I mean, WOW! What a business and what a profit! Feels like, what the F am I doing in IT industry, you straight away get 65% profit by selling water. Same with the iced tea, ice is gone, 65% drink gone. Amitabh Bachchan had a lovely dialogue in his movie Sharabi: “Aaj itni bhi nahi maikhane mein, jitni hum chod diya karte the paimane mein”. Wah Wah. English translation for the angrezi crowd. “Today, I get to drink what I generally leave out the other days”. Back to serious, yeah, this is what it felt like. One sip and the drink was over. We first told the waiter. Surprisingly he said everything looks picture perfect. Not ready to accept anything at all and not even ready to take feedback. Contrary, he was seeming to be very rude in his tone and body language. My friend and I thought, we are wasting time, so we called upon the Manager, Mr. Shubhodeep. And along with him, some more managers came. Why not? There were standing idle, socha thoda entertainment ho jaayega. The guy claimed to be a Whiskey Sour recipe master. Well, I can bet, if he can even make a good nimbu sikanji also. He kept arguing that everything is fine but never answered the question of whether 65% of the glass is filled with ICE? Kept bypassing it. My friend ask him clearly, “Is this how a 5-star restaurant presents itself”? What about the presentation? The manager offered to replace the drinks. He took them away and put them back in a smaller glass and brought it back. Wow man, he was so intelligent. What an insult. Felt so insulted. But it's fine. Once a while, it is good to be insulted. Once a while, it’s good to be on the receiving end, where you are told that you are 100% wrong, even when you know that 2+2 is equal to 4. Once a while, it is good to eat cold dim sums, no regret. Once a while, it is good to drink Whiskey Sour with 65% ice – That was an amazing drink. I am missing it. On a side note, I can get the space capsule back from the space as Sandra Bullock did in Gravity, but cannot make this drink – It was out of the world! Time for scores. Hospitality: ZERO. Courteousness: ZERO. Food Quality: ZERO. Food Quantity: 3.5 (simple math, 6.5 was water). Oh, sorry, Drink Quality: ZERO. Water Quality: 100. Ha Ha. Stupidity: 100 out of 100. We paid the bill in full – Mere dost ka bday tha, jao aish karo!

Expensive and grand. The ambience is worth every penny. Staff was honest and well behaved. We picked the rooftop, mist for our evening but there's a lounge, fine dining and dance floor area as well.

Very nice ambience, and has live music. Roof top is pretty good. Don't underestimate the Food, it was delicious as well. Bit on the costly side but worth it.
