Cocoa Bakery

We have made several visits to this quaint little joint and this has evolved as our go to comfort place for cafe food and dessert. This surely is a hidden jem and deserve all the praise for their wholesome food and friendly staff. We have also been ordering cakes for our birthdays and recently we ordered a special 2 tier cake for our engagement. I have to say they did an excellent job of reproducing the design that we found online and it was equally delicious to eat. I highly recommend you go with cocoa bakery for such occasions as they are evidently very good at what they do.

Cocoa Bakery is definitely one of the hidden gems when it comes to savoury food. Their quality of food is great and they use delicious ingredients that are not usually available at our homes.
Might be on a pricier side for some, but it delivers when it comes to taste.

Quiet early morning. Only customer. Simple order grilled sandwich and cold coffee. Turnaround time 10mins max. Its going to be 30 mins promise not delivered. I wonder, process failure or wrong estimation by the server. Needs attention to deliver what you promise. Promise?

This is a small coffee shop with amazing soups and pasta…I loved the food so much would like to go back again.never had such amazing Italian cuisine in Kolkata.

Although it is a bakery, but I personally felt that the savoury dishes were better than the desserts. The desserts were average, O have had much better at other renowned patisseries. The Aglio Olio, Chicken Lasagne and the Chicken Crepe were pretty good. Quantity is decent, service is good

Had a very dissapointing time at this cafe today morning.terrible service and staff attitude.the food didn’t arrive till after an hour of ordering and after repeated complaints no one even bothered to come and ask.eventually we had to go to the till and take refund.the staff was only giving excuses and smiling away like they didn’t care.infact the excuse we got was they have a lot of Swiggy orders.we were the only in house dining customers there.terrible experience not a worth a visit for in-house dining at least

Sugar Rush Alert!
Once you crave something sweetheart it becomes very difficult to focus on your work. That's what happened to me and I decided to stop at this bakery to check out their opinions. There were tons of options to choose from. This beautiful dessert caught my attention and I had to get it.
I looks like a strawberry from outside. Pretty sugary and has a jelly like consistency but the moment you dig in you get a chocolaty surprise. It has 2 different chocolate mousse layers. It was perfectly sweet and had a very creamy texture. It was fresh and yummy.
Loved the staff behaviour as well.
But the portion was too little in comparison to the pricing.
Anyways sometimes treating yourself with a fancy dessert item isn't that bad an idea.
I hope you guys go and try something different and new from this bakery.

Great food! The place is very cozy and one can enjoy a wide variety of desserts and other snacks both veg and non veg. Tiramisu cake is a must try over here.

I ordered one black forest pastry, and I was charged Rs 100 for it, which is expensive given the quantity ordered. I would have understood if the cost was high if ordered via swiggy or zomato, considering the delivery fee. But when I personally go and take, its not acceptable. The place has a amazing cozy vibe and the pastry did taste good as well. The issue is with the price.

Cosy coffee shop with very little space inside. During covid time this place is not suitable for social distancing. I found prices of food items on higher side compared to other similar places.

If you want to indulge yourself in lovely pastas, chicken salads or sinfully delicious pastries.it is the right place.a snall n a cozy place to enjoy your favorite meal or sip in some beverages and food with your friends.

Couldnt be abything better. I wanted a place to kill time before my meeting and found this place. A very nice and cozy ambience and staff being very friendly had a vegan shake with vanilla icecream and a pattice which was just perfect inside you have lot of varieties of chocolates cakes biscuits etc perfect sit outs too. A must visit place

Nice and cozy place to hangout with friends. I thought went with my extended family. Ordered few dishes all were good and testy but specifically my personal order was disappointing. The black forest pastry and hot mocha was not satisfactory. Giving 4 star because the overall food quality and the ambience was nice.

If you are looking for a perfect bakery shop, the I will definitely recommend you to spend your pennies in this shop. They serve some of the lip smacking items from their menu along with delicious desserts. Also the cold coffee and cold mocha is to die for. Special mention to the brownie with ice cream that will truly satisfy your taste buds.

If you want to treat yourself with something delicious, this is the spot. The prices are a little luxurious but the taste makes it more than worth it.

Cute little place with good sweet and savoury items. But their main course dishes are quite expensive.

Great place for chocolates and cakes.but being a coffee passionate connoisseur, didn't find the hot coffee exciting.its tastes like stale commercial coffee available in corporate not freshly roasted coffee.would love to find some fresh signature coffee in this otherwise great cafe.

Cozy Bakery. Will some freah oven baked muffins. The place is a bit small which makes it harder to look around if you can't sit still. Otherthan that the staffs are very friendly.

Small place with seating limited to 15 person.the food is amazing and freshly made.the pastries and drinks are delicious

It's the best place to try top quality cakes and pastries. Mainly the Hot Chocolate Brownie in a bowl with Vanilla Topping was awesome and very delicious. I really loved it.

The place exudes warmth. Food is great with a variety of pastries, bread cookies and the staff is courteous and polite.
