Extremely horrible stay, just don’t vist the place with your family members. The hotel is a fraud. Worst experience of a lifetime.

Do not book it from Oyo coz they don't accept the Oyo price and overprice the room, when u reache the hotel.

Hotel and Hotel staff is good but due to Durgapuja time they have charged 500 rupess extra! They told us our room rate is starting from 1000. But in OYO site I have booked it by 450 rupee only. So, they had charged 500 extra

Very bad experience. Early chek in charge was not as per oyo standard and they bargain for charges even after oye customer care confirmation. I had to pay as I was with my one year old son.

Cleanliness - I will negative mark in this parameter as water logged in into room and bedsheet, pillow cover was full of hairs.

Sraff- staff was very unprofessional and rude

They are big fraud their rooms are very bad and you will get water on the floor of your room from everywhere even you will not get any soap, towel and during checkin receptionist will dimand to see your smartphone with oyo app and she will give 5 star rating herself please beware their room is like nightmare plzzz don't book this hotel for your safety and priority

Booked from OYO. But the hotel not allowed to give room. I'm from Murshidabad and they were saying your ID is local. What a funny logic.
Behaviour of the receptionists were also very bad.
Requesting you to call the hotel before booking.

They don't recieve local I'd. So be just aware guys. I don't know that why they have some issue like this.but nearby hotel also received local I'd as well.

***DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL
1. They have changed the inside machine of the ac in every room. It works as cooler not like an ac. It's a trick that I found after inspection. They don't give you the remote of the ac because the ac doesn't work with remotes. As I have already mentioned they've removed the machine of the ac.
2. They don't provide any drinking water. (though every hotel in this world provides you at least 1 bottle of water)
3. Rooms are very dirty. They don't even change the bedsheets. If you call them they just ignore or will make excuses.
4. Don't order any food from the hotel. Go outside and have your food otherwise you'll regret.

I stayed on this hotel for 2 days and this is my experience

Cons:
1. Room was not good at all. It was clean but not neat. Bed seems very old, always we were getting cracking sound. Blanket was not clean at all.
2. Ac was not working properly. We had to call reception few times since we could not operate Ac
3. Washroom was not good at all. You will get smell once u will start using it.
4. There were no fan or no ventilation at all. Only there is ac. So if u r not used to ac, this room is no good at all
5. Room was actually very very small. Also when we got towel for the first time, it was torned.

Pros:
1. Very few good point is here and most important of them is its location. Very near to cc2, airport, big bazar and Spencer's. Its a market area so even at late night u can go out and have chill. There are so many restaurants nearby. Also there are two or three booze shops u can find nearby. Perfect place for chilling.

Overall i can moderate. If u came here for trip, like u will halt here and then go to different place, this hotel will be perfect for u. But if u r coming for staying here for 3 to 4 days, then i don't recommend this one.

Pathetic place to stay. Very dirty.nothing works. No one picks up the phone on the reception. The room landline doesn't work. Bathroom is dirty.

Most horrible place to stay. I came here to meet a friend who was staying and was taken aback seeing the poor condition of the rooms. The beds had bed bugs, no COVID protocols maintained. Linens are dirty. Please avoid this place.

Stuff and receptionist girls were cool and helpful. Food quality was good but a bit overpriced. The room was small with a dirty mirror. Had to report about the AC couple of times. At the time of checkout, the receptionist asked for my mobile and rated themselves to a 5star, which I noticed later. This was not expected. Overall 3/5

Overall ambience is good but the behaviour of the lady staff is worst than ever I seen. She told me don't came back next time because I rated the hotel with her behaviour.

Nice place to stay, Receptionist are very professional with good behaviour. Hotel staffs are trained enough to maintain your privacy. (Experience from one visit only)

Though the hotel has 24/7 check-in they denied to let in at 6AM in the morning keeping me waited for more than an hour. A very bad and the worst experience too far had with Oyo with this hotel which is named Royal Palace but it's services are even worse than a third class hotel.

The ambience is good with all the facilities but at the reception one of the receptionist behaviour is very very bad.she doesn't have manners to speak with the guests.she even told me don't visit next time because I have rated low only because of her attitude of talking badly rudely and disrespectfully.

It's been more than 10 days, I'm following with them for my refund and every day they came with new excuses. Pathetic service.

The hotel rooms are clean, especially the bathrooms. However, the one thing that lets you down is the space inside the rooms is too less.

Only good thing about the hotel is its location that too if one have to catch flight.
Room is very small for the price.
No closet provided in the room.
Room is so small that it feels suffocating.
Beds are not at all comfortable.
Overall for more then 2500 rupees per night a much better room is expected.
