Neat and clean room and hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. What do ask and need someone info they guide.

Very bad experience oyo showing different price but when you checkin they ask extra money and not giving any receipt, called oyo they say they will resolve it in 24 hours after 3 hours they say they cant do anything this is ridiculous from both oyo and hotel management. Not going to book anything from oyo again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and I encountered several issues that were not addressed to my satisfaction.

One of the main issues I faced was the lack of attention from the staff. When I approached them with a concern or request, they were dismissive and uninterested in helping me. This made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a guest.

In addition, I was charged extra fees that were not disclosed to me at the time of booking. This was not only frustrating but also financially burdensome.

Charged me more than what i booked for, worst experience.
Bad staff response, rude workers.

I want to give zero star but unfortunately there is no any option available.

Rom was not clean, fan was not working, in wathroom tap was also broken. Only you can stay if no other options are available.

This hotel has its own rules. I booked it through the app @rs780 but the hotel manager refused to give me a room and told me to give rs1400 for a single room.

Safe place staying with your partner.their is no extra charges for any thing just like others Oyo charged.

Worse experience ever. If you book the room at less price/offer they will definitely treak you by asking more money. Be careful.

I am giving 3 star. Because of good location. Just for that only. Other was all are below average. Room rent to services tak. All are average. 1200 chrge. Taken by me. If u arrange below this cost then u can go to this hotel. Other wise avoid that hotel.

Recently I visited. Worst experience. I have booked a room for one night. They tricked me and asked for more money and denied check inn.

They accept the booking. At the booking day they told me that i can't check in due to maintenance issues. They cancel my booking & didn't give any refund

It's located in a prime location near acropolis mall. This place has three floors and we stayed in the third floor.
The place has no lift, which is a big negative for an hotel.
The room was extremely small and cramped. Service was okay. When we entered the room, it was having a strong smoke smell, but the guy was like open the window it will be fine. That didn't seem right to me.
I might not stay here again.

A very good stay option near ruby. Very good staff. Rahul da is always available. Best safe and secure place to stay. Good location near Acropolis mall.

Clean rooms n washroom. But no cable connection for tv. But still awsm location, comfy rooms. Happy stay

The rooms and premise are very clean and well maintained. The only problem is you might experience nice from outside, because it's situated in such locality.

Reasonable price, clean rooms, perfect staff, near vfs kolkata centre, near Acropolis mall, Uber and ola facility available.

You can stay here with affordable price. Clean & calm area. Hotel Maneger is well behaved & polite. Only issue over here is, no parking for the vehicles but you can keep it outside on the road.

It's a really good place for staying. Clean and cosy room. And the room service is awesome.good behavioured staff. But only thing is outside foods are not allowed. But they have their own food delivery option you can order from it.

Room dose have very little space to move same goes for washroom, Ac does not work properly, Start knocking the door multiple time as soon as chk out time arrives near. Otherwise rest things are good.

The Hotel is 7 mins walk from main road. Location is good. If you're coming by Cab, location will be easily available on map. The staff are very polite & helpful. The Hotel is clean. Rooms are okay. Linens are clean but looks old and should be replaced. Otherwise the rooms are fine. TV, AC, Geyser available. Wi-Fi is extremely bad. I had to use my mobile data for meetings. No lift (Building is G+3). This is Hotel is probably couple-friendly (Have witnessed few couples). But they do not accept local Id proof (that's what they said to a couple while I was checking-in. Food is available but most probably they bring the food from somewhere else after you order (have not seen any in-house kitchen) but delivery is quick. Overall a good experience for my 2 days stay. Happy Stay!

A good place to stay, staffs are super helpful, they will make you feel at home. For cleanliness I would give 5/5 stars, the place is also close to the market where you can get everything.

Guest house type. Friendly. Without kitchen, they have a outside restuarant affiliated for all food service.

Good hotel! Nice rooms but the major problem is you can't stay with own city ID and you can't order outside foods! However must try The Mutton Kosha of their cloud restaurant, it's awesome!

We booked the place for three days and wanted to do a early check-in. But no one picked up the call around 7: 30 am. So had to cancel.

Good place to stay in. Only problem was mosquitos. Rest everything was great. Near many eateries.

Kolkata people don't book this hotel, u have to be residents outside the Kolkata for booking

Room are good, clean, spacious. But full of mosquito and the hotel staff didn't have any mosquito repellent we had to bear with it, Room service are somewhat time taking, sometimes you have to call them twice to get things, For a recently Opened hotel like this the staff behaviour is okay but not satisfactory
