Collection O 81425 Gariahat Inn

Location and room survice is very good. Staff behaviour are very good. Its perfect for unmarried adult couple. BUT room rent is too High and food quality is very good, bt food price are also high.

Place is good.bur room are not according to oyo collection O certificated. Last time I'm visiting in asansol Mera international hotel which is under OYO O certificated hotel it's much batte then Gariahat Inn. In this hotel check in and checkout problem.one more problem if you stay in this hotel if you come late night then they closed the door after 10 p.m.

An average place the room is pretty descent and clean but the staff is not that good. They keep on making so much noise around you won't be able to rest. Location wise this is very good as it is in Gariahat more

Horrible, dirty, stinky hotel undeserving of the Oyo tag, one of the worst in South Kolkata alongside the equally bad Oyo Abi's Inn in Dhakuria. Avoid these two at all costs. Had such disgusting experience in these both. Also, if the ratings seem high it's because the creepy manager at the desk almost forces people to rate them and even takes your phone to do it himself. Oyo should definitely not let such hotels be operational.

This Kind of Behavior Not Expected.

Uncivilised manager who could ask inappropriate questions to you and make snide remarks, (good non-administrative staff, though), charged 10 rupees extra over MRP for each bottle of water, the main wall adjoining the hall was made of a thin plywood, provided a 25 gram Medimix soap and 2 1 INR sachets of shampoo for 3 days, have no outside food policy, no guests can come into your room (and they ask even the gender of the guest who will be come into your room- before they state their own policy). The only redeeming aspect were the two staffs who always wore a smile on their face. I would suggest to move to a different property over this, and save yourself from being stifled for the duration of your stay.

The front desk staff is the worst person I have ever seen in any OYO. A rude person. The wash rooms are very bad.
