Collection O 83383 Om Shanti Palace

One of the worst experiences i had with OYO. Booked the room pre-paying the whole amount. Upon arrival i was informed that the hotel did not get any confirmation from OYO and asked me to call the customer support which i did. They kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes without any resolution provided. Had to pay extra money (around half more of the room price) to the hotel for our staying. Not using this app nor visiting the ever again.

Too far away from metro stations and bus central kolkata. 20 km away from Railway Station. But the hotel staff are very good and well behaved
