Place is in a shady location. The manager asked for more money than the booking amount. The rooms arent as shown in the image. Washrooms were rusty. No hotels nearby. No ventilation. I hated my stay there.

Located almost beside the Missionaries of Charity, this property is a hidden budget friendly gem which will work out well for a variety of accommodation purposes. The service is good, the rooms are budget friendly, upkeep is pretty decent and the ambience is quite good considering the price. The proximity to the central parts of the city and the Sealdah Station makes it a very useful place to stay giving you much needed quick access to rapid transportation. Recommended for quality budget stays.

Took extra money, which is now a new thing for all oyo hotels. So will not recommend oyo in general to anyone. It’s better to book from mmt or airbnb atleast quality is much better for the price they take. The rooms were dirty, small, cockroaches crawling on the wall and they charge 1500 for that room, it’s hilarious. I have not even paid 1500 in Mumbai for an oyo with complimentary breakfast and better room. So not only this property, I will not recommend oyo in general.

The rooms are very mediocre. However, as the room tariff is very low, I can say it's value for money. One thing which I would like to point out, the service is really good and the location is very near to Sealdah, which is another plus.

Whatever the room pictures is showing in the photos it's not same (Originally) Room was not clean and maintain. Staffs were not helpful.

When I was book this hotel they say 1200 for a single day but when they know I stay there for 12 pm to 11 am they cancelled my booking and it's showing booking is full also Oyo aap hi full of fraud so don't book rooms from Oyo and this hotel

Pathetic condition of rooms, not clean, all the paint has come off and looked like some ancient building. The staff were not cooperative and charged extra money despite booking already. The location is next to a wedding hall and there was disturbance till late night. The hotel is also not accessible easily by road. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

A to Z staff are uneducated, uncultured, they can't work in the hotel industry, at first the manager didn't know how to treat the customer, they forget that there is a family ruling by us, they are demanding extra money from others. Individuals, legally they do not claim this. The reason for my booking is for 2 people, but they refuse to check in the other person. No one is booking this hotel. I recommend filing a complaint against this property in the consumer forum.

Receptionist bohot faltu hai. Subah se paisa paisa karta rehta hai. Geyser hai lekin kam nehi karta hai. Please iis range mei Acha wala hotel mil jayega. So don't go there and don't waste ur money.

The receptionist was rude and charged extra as we paid online.they wont give room on the price given in the app

We booked a room as it was very spacious and very tidy and fresh in the image. But on reaching there, the room which was given to us was completely different and very very small in size. It was so compact that you won't feel like staying there. Though staffs were good with their behaviour but the main thing we take hotels are for its rooms. Picture completely different from the displayed image and price was 3300+ for just 1 night in such compact room. Never take these rooms.

Worst ever experience after booking through online platforms. They denied stay and very rude behaviour from reception staff.

Place looks nice from outside bt rooms are not worth for the amount. Although room service is good bt still rooms are not up to the marks one won't feel satisfied for the amount they paid.

They charge extra than the booking amount showing in the app. The room has zero window and ventilation. Its like living in a coffin. Super claustrophobic and suffocating.

The overall experience wasn't good enough because when we arrived to this hotel we were asked to give extra 200rs even after booking in Oyo app which showed less in the app but the manager asked for extra money then we called to Oyo helpline which wasted out 1hr of check in-out time and they didn't even gave an extra hour for which we lost during sorting the issue, then the charge extra 10rs for water bottle even when they buy at bulk and the AC in room we got was also not working properly and the owner/manager idk was also rude and wasn't cooperative enough.

The Manager is a cheater, I booked the hotel from Oyo app in rs. 775 and the receptionist asked rs. 1500 for check in. He said they don't follow Oyo 's rate, they have their own rate. Disgusting people. We faced so harassment.we will never recommend.

They charged me extra 600 rupees apart from making my payment from Oyo app.
