My experience:
Starting from the Manager who sits at the reception to the housekeeping to the cleaners, everyone is adamant, arrogant, non welcoming, and robber. They will provide you shady room, won’t talk to you politely. Also, during the entire stay, you’ll feel discomfort and unsafe. The terrible part is, at the time of checkout they will bring some damaged and torn bedsheets and will stop you from going, threaten you and ask you to pay the money. Even with the included breakfast, they’ll ask you to pay the amount or else they’ll threaten your family. It’s been a nightmare for me to stay here. I was about to call the police before stepping out as my uncle is an ACP here in Liluah.

At the time of booking it's not mentioned that not outside food allowed, when we went at the hotel then the manager said that no outside foods allowed.
It's should mention in the application.

Every thing is owesome rooms are very clean and staffs are very polite and helpful except the food the food are very expensive and not tasty at all

Located at very local place, and attitude of manager and staffs are very bad, specially the ladies receptionist,

I booked this hotel 2 months ago.at the time of booking (via oyo) i paid 1011 rs but at the time of checking the girl at the reception charged 500 rs extra. I had to pay it cause i was already very tired and i couldn't find another hotel. This is the scene with every other oyo.they always charge extra.so be prepare to pay more when u book any oyo

No complimentary water, coffee, hot water, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo etc. 11: 30 PM to 5: 30 AM main gate is closed. They won't pickup your call.

First of all before booking the room i called the OYO customer care and the girl who attended the call was giving me a different price (i wish I could recall the name of the girl who attended the call) and she was so forcefull for me to make an online payment and she was rude and i clearly don't like her tone (Oyo could do better on your the kind of people they hire for customer service) and when i reached the hotel it was a different price and i had to pay double of what the price was given to me by the customer care. I will NEVER NEVER EVER BOOK HOTEL Through OYO and i wouldn't recommend my family or friends either. The customer care service was disappointing and horrible. Terrible experience.

Every time Hotel charged extra amount. AC damage. Shifted in single bed room though we were double.

This is one of the finest hotel. I don't faced any issue. Infact when I checked in at 12 am night, they welcome me. I talked to the owner before coming that whether I can come at night or not. He says you came I will provide you the room. I loved the way he treated me. Thank you bhai.
