Collection O Hotel Lemon Arrow Inn

Okay so I booked this hotel via Oyo, they charged us 200 extra which was okay so that took 1200 for a room we were expecting a good room in 1200, but we were highly disappointed the bed sheets were so dirty it was stained the ac wasn't working properly very bad rooms

Not a good hotel. The bed sheets are not changed. The rooms and the beds have cockroaches sprawling all over. The doors can't be locked and the hotel staff say that there's CCTV cameras so it's ok. There's AC and geyser in the room but the geyser doesn't work in any of the rooms. Near (5km) to the Santragachi railway station but no one knows about the hotel.
