Cookie Man - South City Mall

The best place to get cookies. It is situated on the second floor of South City Mall, near Starmark. There is a variety of cookies available here. Often, they have great offers. Somedays, when the demand is very high, then, it may take some time to get your order. Otherwise, the service is really great. You can buy cookies to eat there or as a take-away. You can also get the jars for cookies here, though you have to buy cookies first. Overall, really amazing. Would definitely recommend others to visit.

Too focused on how they can make money. We were waiting for a few more members of our family and the waiter told us we cannot sit without ordering food since others were waiting. I told them it will take 15-20 mins for the others to arrive and they were on the way. Manager was even worse and he kept on asking when we will order instead of hearing our concern. Every 5 mins we were reminded that we should be fast and order. I will never visit the South City franchise again or recommend it. The main motive should be have a happy customer and not make more money on a busy Saturday night. This store needs some Customer service training.
