Spent 2 days at this hotel with Family. Sharing my experience -
Pros -
It is a large hotel with good infrastructure
Mountain view from hotel rooms and windows
Room Infrastructure is also good than average.
Food quality is also Ok
Cons-
(Which can't be changed)
The entry of the hotel is very uneasy for even small cars
(Which can be improved if hotel management wants)
Quantity of Staff (at Reception, Room Service, House keeping and at kitchen) looks unmanaged very few people are working with smile or positive attitude rest few at work just to work.no positive energy.and many are finding ways for Not to work.
No manager to check whether guests are having any issues, concern or all fine.
The overall experience was not satisfying, like to recommend another Hotel (which could be small, but cares about guests with a smile)
