Good place, problem is space.suitable for only 200-250 guests. If more it gets really suffocating.

Had availed the services of this banquet for a family get together. Mr Joy the owner personally attended to our queries and the booking process was smooth and easy. The setup and arrangement that were provided were very good. The dining area is at the ground floor and reception halls from first floor onwards. There is a mezzanine area and a smaller dining area as well. Overall a good experience.

Awesome banquet hall. Full ac hall. A very nice place for celebrating family occasions. Soft and good quality sofas are there. Very well decorated and neat and clean. Places for buffet system are nicely arranged. A very good music system available there for entertainment. With loud music you can enjoy a lot dancing with you friends and family members.

Extremely satisfied with my event hosted at Deb Villa Sinthi More. Very professional management led by Debabrata. During the entire event the team were on their toes and jumped in whenever I needed help. Would definitely recommend this venue for any occasion.

Good banquet hall to host marriage, reception and birthday parties near sinthir more. The location is easily accessible from nearest Dumdum metro by auto. The place is spacious and can accomodate 300 people easily. Air conditioning is available as well.

ON THE ROAD VILLA, VERY POPULAR LOCATION. THERE ARE SOME PROS AND CONS OF THE VILLA AS PER MY UNDERSTANDINGS. HOPE IT WILL HELP.

4. SUPERB AC, IF NOT WORKING THE STAFFS ARE VERY HELPFUL.
5. INNER DECOR IS BEAUTIFUL.

CONS:
1. PROBLEM ON PARKING PLACE, AS IT IS ON RUNNING ROAD CANT PARK CAR THERE.
2. NEED TO BOOK ALL 3 FLOORS FOR BOOKING. PARTICULAR 1 OR 2 FLOOR BOOKING IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Parking are not available, but no problem if park in rode side.

Good community hall for all occasions. The person renting should keep in mind that the place is not big enough to accommodate more than 450 people.

Deb Villa is a good Banquet hall which can easily handle more than 100 people at a time. Although it is not suitable for any more than that due to limited space. The place is well decorated by statues of lord krishna and other gods and goddess. The reception is on the 1st floor whereas the eating area is on the ground floor. There are at least 3 different sitting areas out there and all the rooms are well equipped with ACs. Deb Villa also has one of the most beautiful lighting setups I have ever seen. Talking about hygiene, the place has stand out with the expectations.

Not a very good place to do your family occasions. It is good for birthday party with 200 to 300 guests. But for a marriage ceremony with more than 300 guests it is not preferable. Only 2 floors are available. The booking charge is also very high.parking is free and available here. This is the only plus point.

Good for small gatherings. Can't hold much people. Space on both the floors are not much. It is located on main road so locating it is no issue. Location wise is perfect.

Nice place.but one has to up down a lot, as because reception hall is on 2nd floor, eating arrangement is on ground floor.overall cleanliness is good.

It is one of the best house for any reception or party in that location. Communication is very good. It is on GT road and well communicated with Dum Dum Jn station (south sinthi auto from dum dum station). It is well decorated and you no need to rent any sofa or chair. Space is well for 300 people. It is very clean. If you will go to there by car, you can park your car on road side. It is free parking. Sinthir more is very near, just 2 minute walking distance.
Overall, I can recommended this place to my friend and family.

It is a good marriage house in north Kolkata. Being situated right on sinthi more on BT Road it is easily accessible from all over Kolkata. It is a two-storied building with both buffet and classical table arrangements for diner. The halls are spacious and have AC facilities on demand. Price is bit high and there are very many extra charges for light, decoration and even for sofa covers. More over the decoration and lighting personels are to be obtained from the owner of the house only. It is reported that they insist on cash transaction, not by cheque. There is also no wheelchair accessible entrance or a ramp to climb the stories. Anyway, even with these odds it is apleasurable place to maintain invitation.
