Debonair Restaurant and bar

The quality of food which i had previously, been changed in my last visit, though some items taste I like, but overall the essence was missing.hopefully they can overcome the issue, staff are very friendly and cooperative.for staff behaviour it deserves 4 star.

I'm not writing this review regarding the food, because I never ended up eating here. I've visited this place throughout my childhood with my friends and parents so I have a emotional connect here. I've recently moved out of the city and came back after a year or so with my spouse. As soon as we entered we were shown to a table in the middle of the restaurant which was practically empty.
I asked a staff to shift us to a corner table, he promptly refused. When I told him the restaurant was empty, he told he will check and get back. 30 mins pass by and no one even comes to take the order nor with any solution. As we were about to leave, they see us leaving yet no one even bothers to ask why. This place lacked the basic hospitality one would expect going anywhere. It's not always the food which creates the experience, people skills of this place is 0

I asked to refill the chatni, the waiter said the chatni also a chargeable, & the waiter speaks in a horrible manner

Ambience is nice, enough space to dine in. I just love Debonair's fish fry. I have tried their chinese items, those are also good in taste. Till now the quantity of the food according to the price is really good.
They also have home delivery option, just call them and place order.
Special recommendation for Fish Fry (2 fish fry, french fries served with salad and mayonnaise in one plate. Price is ₹250 [including GST]).

Extremely poor hospitality. There was a waiter tall and fair having tatoo on all of his finger was yelling for leaving tip box empty. I didn't know Debonair expects tips from customer for delivering tasteless food. I ordered 2 plates and I have wasted 80% of food for not being able to eat. Foods are also overpriced. Me and my family used to visit there on every occassion to celebrate but today is our last visit. I will suggest peoples not to visit Debonair.

Good staff but takes pretty long time to attend - very end was blocking my way asking for tips -no proper payment process, paying the waiters on his account, food was apparently for stray dogs

The staffs will not let you sit wherever you want. You have to follow their order. As if it's a School Canteen.

A good place to spend time with family and friends. Food service and quality is at per. You can try for sure.

It was really pathetic, the staff behaviour was horrible, as if they are favouring us by serving food, the sitting arrangements are really disgusting, when my husband sat in a chair, his back started paining and we were pleading in front of them that we wanted to seat in a sofa, but they were misbehaving with us, and this is not the first time they misbehaved with us, so this time I will take this up to the consumer forum and also I would suggest to all those who have been mistreated by them should complaint it to the consumer forum too, otherwise they will not be knowing their fault.

Nice family restaurant in gora bazar dumdum can't area. Food quality and taste is really good.

Great food in such economical prices. Place is little crowded always. Also, if you are coming on your own vehicle, you will face challenges parking and cutting through the crowded streets nearby.

It's the 1st resturant where we always go the food is very delicious, they bar I always go everything is is quite ok not over priced I like there chicken momo as usual I always have that. My niece love to have chili chicken and fried rice. Will visit again.

Good restaurant if anyone is looking for a fine, relaxing dine-in. There's a great variety of food from Mughlai to Chinese and that too at a reasonable price. But they don't accept DEBIT CARD payments and UPI payment as well.

This is the oldest and the most reliable multi cuisine restaurant in the Dumdum cantonment area.
Food quality is very good and healthy. Waiters are well behaved.
The ambience of the restaurant is soft and soothing.
Every Saturday and Sunday you'll get live light music there.
It has separate banquet hall to arrange any small party. It has separate bar counters and also off shop for liquors.
