Very few had pointed out the dark sides only. 1. The charges, they are taking are too high compared to the facilities
2. Very poor maintenance
3. The pillows are reused several times, covered with dirt and hairs.try to bring your own pillow cover
4. The quilt/comforter is beyond use
5. Bathrooms dont have any ventilation.foul smell fills your bedroom every time
6. Damp and dirty bathrooms, snails are poping out from the damaged door.
7. Shortage of water supply
8. Food quality is very poor.dining tables are full of flies
9. Inadequate staffs.probably you hardly find any one after evening
10. Transparent glass above main door.easily accessible.compromise safety, security and privacy.

In a word.has to improve a lot to maintain the expectations.

Best location but very few rooms – 2500 (ground Floor) & 3500 (1st Floor) is the room rate (12% GST applicable). The view of mountain ranges from Dello is magnificent. The local Dello nursery with its huge collection of Cacti and Orchids, the Golf Course and the Kali Temple adds to the scenic beauty of Kalimpong. One should not miss the view of Tista Rangeet confluence from here. Adventure sports like paragliding can be availed here. On your itinerary if time permits then add rrafting at Chitrey which is 15 Km.from Kalimpong. Rivers Tista and Rangeet with huge flow of water attract many tourists for rafting.

Location of this place is awesome.delo park is also so beautiful.because of short time I can't spent too much time here, but I will go to stay in this lodge

Deolo Hill, located to the north-east of the town, is one of the two hills in between which the town of Kalimpong stands. From the top of this hill, tourists can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding villages of Relli valley and Teesta River along with the town of Kalimpong. In addition, there is a park located at the summit of this hill, which is constructed for recreational purposes. The hill is also the highest point of Kalimpong town, with a height reaching up to 1,704 metre above sea level.
Great place to stay at a quaint location with family and friends. Lovely view when the sky is clear and you get that Ariel view from the top. Mesmerizing view. Providing an ideal mix of value, comfort and convenience.

Property is not maintained at all. The rooms are dusty and dirty, toilet seats broken. The dining room tables are filthy, left over food is on the tables and on it they serve the guests. All in all it’s a dirty place amongst a beautiful surroundings. It seems the tourists get accustomed to this place despite the filth and giving a high rating, as we went there after seeing the ratings. Very very disappointing.

It's the main attraction of Kalimpong. There's a big and well maintained park- Delo park. The beautiful tourist lodge is situated inside the park. The whole property is maintained by GTA. Only offline booking is available. The exterior and interior decoration of the lodge are gorgeous and luxurious. It's a unique experience to stay here one night.

AMENITIES ARE VERY POOR. ROOMS + BATHROOOM ARE FULL OF INSECTS & SPIDERS. NO ONE AT RECEPTION FOR CALL. EXTRA 500/ FOR DOUBLE BED ROOM BUT WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COT. BREAKFAST NOT AVAILABLE BEFORE 9AM. SO HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL COOK WILL COME. NO CLEANING OF ROOM WITHIN 2 DAYS OF STAY. EVEN COMPLIMENTARY B. FAST & TEAS ARE WITHDRAWN.

This place can be booked from saltlake near City centre. Rates are quite reasonable for a place like this

The most beautiful and craved after accomodation at Deolo. Rooms are clean, large and fitted with anti chamber. The staffs are very polite and courteous. Restaurant offers good quality food with very reasonable pricing. However, food options are limited. The property is managed by GTA and right at the top of the Deolo park in the lap of the nature.

The memories of stay will be cherished forever.

Simply fabulous. Mesmerizing location, very well maintained park, chilled breeze and nice food. Simply superb! Room is awesome, decorated in European style.

Delo park totally close now due covid19. We visit glof play ground. Today weather is fantastic. But I suggest at monsoon weather should not go heal station.

A nice place to spend sometime with loved ones, situated at a quiet place out of the madning crowd.

Awsum place with great view of kanchanjangha. Rooms of the first floor are awsum.all rooms are with balcony.bar and restraunt available. I stayed there for 3 days. Service and behaviour of the stuffs are very good. Only one disadvantage if any VIP checks in you have to check out.

I would love to give zero star. Rude staff, extremely overpriced for amenities provided, crowded and chaotic, below average food, negligence everywhere.actually they don't know what hospitality is. The feel is like staying just in midst of a chaotic fair. If you stay in the ground floor you won't be able to open the windows or curtains as public will peep in to your room. Quite scary if you've ladies staying here as lot of unwanted ill-looking people would roam around. Staff are extremely rude and non-cooperative; they are least bothered about the comfort of guests. They reacted as extremely bothered if asked for basic room services like taking in or out luggages from the room, changing a dirty towel, shifting an extra bed, giving food to your room or changing the water jug with dirt in it (you have to drink dirty water as if they've obliged you by giving it once!) It was hell like experience and worst decision I've taken in my travel-life!
