Dhakuria Swimming Association

Very poor management and absolutely rubbish people in the management. Doesn't clean and maintain regularly and I would recommend everyone to not join here and don't waste money here rather choose other options like Indian Life Saving Society near Dhakuria lake.

Very untidy place. All illiterate people run this place. Not a single person is good, all are fugitives. Unruly behaviour towards the ladies. They think as they are giving you admission to swim they can do whatever they want. The place is politically sound. So they might threaten you if you do anything against them.

For water enthusiasts this place is like heaven, this year they maintained the pool VERY well, in this heaven there are also flaws. Flaws like bad behaviour from the associates, also the bad qualities in dress, which is provided by them. With this flaws, this place becomes hell to some. With a mixed review of good and bad, you are left alone to decide, whether you should join or not

Trainer doesn’t teach anything. Women’s batch is the worst. Most of all, women’s problems are overlooked. Just got harassed by the female trainers for wearing a regular competitive swimwear and the owners were constantly changing the topic, trying to get around it when I complained about it. The female trainers are also incompetent. Not worth it even at its cheapest price. It is a sexist place at most.

The pool is not well maintained at all and management is so unprofessional, they don't know how to behave with people.

Good, my daughter practices swimming here, few features can be improved as per my opinion like the interaction between the trainer and the trainee, the trainer should listen to the queries of the trainee.

Trying to get connect but not getting the lone for last one week, If anyone have any number pls provide

The swimming pool is closed due to pandemic.

But Marrige And other functions are taking place with 50 % Capacity.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this swimming pool recently and it was a complete disaster. I should have believed the bad reviews I read here. The management was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. They were unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with my membership and seemed annoyed when I asked basic questions about the facility.

Overall, I would strongly advise against visiting this swimming pool. The rude management and lack of upkeep make it a terrible place to spend your time and money. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. "

Very bad pool, they treat kids like wild dogs. They don't make kids or infants learn the accurate way. There are bad trainers with bad behaviour. I don't know why I paid ₹3000 just for this. If kids cry why can't you make an easy start? You did not make them learn the meaning of bubbles when they sit in the water, especially new ones.

Worst swimming club where trainers teach nothing and behave badly with infants, faculty does nothing

Bad behaviour. They are doing business where some old-age people are there for management. They are providing some worst material swim wear with price differently but they claimed they do not allow people if we prefer to purchase swim wear differently. We also agree to purchase one set for 350! But asked if we can purchase another set from outside but they said they would not allow me if I purchase swim wear from outside. I also asked to provide atleast a decent material of wear with higher price as they charge it differently but some aged people throw my admission card and say we do not allow you. Though some good people come to convince us but then again once of the old man come ferociously and threaten me and my husband very badly. I was not not felt enough secured with their behaviour! As they might do anything after my admission. So I left.
Additionally: women or growing girls be careful there is no secured changing room. It's a dirty room with no place proper and private place to change. You are advised to go for the wears and changing room before admission as it would help you to avoid such chaos like I faced today.

Was a bustling pool once, now only a shadow of it's former self. Political entities have marred the spirit which guided it previously. Water is bit cloudy now, trainers are poorly paid, students are hard to find. It's become a party spot for no good political workers and free loaders. A complete sham.
