I have been buying my tea from here for the past two years or so. And I enjoy visiting the shop. The salesmen are extremely courteous and warm. They help you choose, give you advice and even offered me a cup of tea once. You get a wide range of options of leaf, CTC, fannings, green and flavoured tea. The shop is never empty, so patience has to be present with you.

Dhruba tea center located in lalbazar kolkata. Their service are quite nice. This center provide different types of tea.

Fresh tea leaves of many varieties are available at different price ranges. Attracts crowd, people prefer this tea shop a lot.

I am purchasing dhrub tea since 1986 from lalbazar shop. Now I am purchasing from Salt lake shop, nearest to me for last year. Quality of tea never compromise since 1986.

A genuine outlet of Dhruba Tea, the peoples here also guide you to purchase the best Tea within your reach ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 10,000 or more a kg.

They sell very good quality Darjeeling leaf tea. But their CTC leaves are not upto the mark.

I live in bengsluru, whenever i ordered tea ss perchice, they gave quick service as per my faith.

I did not have option of choosing 0 star. That is why giving 1
1> Behavior of the main staff is awful.
2> Their selection of tea is even more awful.why to call it Darjeeling tea.it doesn't have the minimum flavor
3> They gave first flush 8000/kg that has no flavor. However the main Dhruva tea that is in Poddar court is much better

Great collection, price for all types of buyers, wonderful behaviour of the salesperson and trustworthy too.

Good tea shop. It has a branch in lalbazar, old shop has similar branch in saltlake. A variety of different types of tea normal and flavoured available there.

Luxury tea store. Those who are very fancy for their love of tea can definitely visit this place.

I am a customer of DHRUBA TEA OF LALBAZAR SHOP for more than 20 yrs.
Qualittwise it is a reasonable priced tea house. In Salt Lake a branch or section of Dhruba tea family members open a shop. Quality in comparison to price as it is in Lalbazar shop, not satisfied me but TEA is a very personal drinks. Ambience good, parking available, well connected.

The most trust worthy shop in Kolkata where you get from White Rose, Earl Grey, Jasmine, lemon, black Darjeeling flavour etc.variety of tea.

We went to the store today to buy good quality darjeeling tea and green tea. We got not only tea, we met some nice human beings after long long time. Their polite behaviour, guidance and selfless service moved us. Coming home we made tea, it was just awesome! I recommend all to visit this store not just to have authentic tea leaves, but to meet some open hearted simple good fellows who are rare these days. God bless you. Thank you, we will meet again. They insisted cordially to have tea with them, but due to covid, we didn't have tea there. We are fully satisfied with their Tea. After last sip, the flavour is still there. I strongly believe this branch (or franchise) is selling inferior quality tea with respect to Lal bazar. However, their staff behavior is good. No issues with parking.

No crowd as compared to lalbazar centre. Can select tea varieties. Cooperative staff. Would recommend 5/5
