Very bad experience. Service time is so long. Food quality is not up to the mark. Charges extra money even for parcel of extra food also.

I'm editing my review about this restaurant. The food is also very unhygienic. It causes me a stomach infection.

Must go through this review:

Food (Chicken Biriyani) is not enough quality, stale chicken pieces ware provided in all 3 containers (food). Doesn't matches with actual price.chicken biriani in menu costs 150/- as we ordered 3 packages it costed 470/- after bargaining, otherwise this hotel asked for 490/-, totally Illogical amount! Not a well experience.

Focus on these points must be improved =>

• Foods need to be upper quality & heightened.

• Stele food should not be provided.

• Proper price should be mentioned.not improper or different pricing from every customers.

Ab budget friendly please for a family outing or even friends. The places cozy and can hold up to 20-25 people at a time. Just near Sandhani club in Beleghata. Food is good but the one star got cut due to the waiter who was serving us. He was not courteous and when we paid the bill, he was checking us if we are leaving the tip or not. Honestly, we were not happy with his behavior. He did not help with the food selection, he was rude enough ti give the bill just when we finished the food and was had not evbe washed our hand. We did not ask for it. We were thinking of having dessert. Seeing this behavior, we did not order it and went Baskin Robbins to have icecream. Anyway, so we did not leave any tip. He opened the bill book to check if the tio was there or not and shut it with a loud thud. Would ask the management to pls keep trained and hospitable waiters.

We ordered mutton biriyani (220 rupee) and then I felt the wrost biriyani ever।।।
When they surve the biriyani there is lots of reasons to throw the Mutton biriyani।
1) the rice have no taste like Biryani rather than some spice mixes rice।
2) Mutton is very hard to tore (not soft) and no taste and very dry।
3) the biryani alu tasteless।

We eat only a spice mix rice not biriyani।
And price also very high as per there taste it taste like 70 rupee biryani।

Good parts is
1) good atmosphere
2) very cleand and higine
3) Good behaviour

Great place to visit and we ordered Chicken biriyani whose taste was pretty good and potato in Biriyani was very soft and tasty. Will recommend to visit here once to hangouts with friends

The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, good place to hangout with friends and family. Food was sublime, everything tasted fresh. The survice could be better, as they take a bit much time to the food. But overall good experience.

Yesterday i went there but not satisfied. Good behaviour by customer is considered an opportunity by them to sell their stale and unwanted chicken pieces. I ordered chicken biryani but i will never visit there. Customers like me dont like to quarell with waiters.

Food quality very bad.quantity of biriyani was very less the size of potato and motton pices very small as compare to the price.

Not satisfied, worst quality food is served. Mutton biryani's mutton piece was stale. Masala kulcha turned sour. We could not eat any food properly. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Food and serve quality is not up to standard.
But environment and is good with air- condition room.

Somedays ago I visited Diamond Hotel & Restaurant. The place was not so large. There were good sitting arrangements.
I tried there:
• Egg Noodles
• Veg Schezwan Noodles
• Chicken Biriyani
• Hydrabadi Biriyani
• Salad
• Veg Cutlet
All the foods were good in taste. Quality was enough fore two person.

The build of the menu is carefully planned so that the diner does not get overwhelmed by the sheer number of courses or novel new arrangements being delivered from the kitchen. Delicate plating of halibut with cauliflower in a brown butter sauce or an artistic mackerel with geoduck ably show the natural beauty of a New Nordic influenced kitchen and a reverence for almost raw fish. The juicy venison in pear, truffle and pine might equally make a diner yearn for the outdoorsy great North. Service is highly professional, warm and personable, with enthusiasm in presenting an experience which is truly new and pretty incredible. Wines are carefully paired and include some very fine European and American selections. Recommended.

Very bad hotel. I visited this place.but there was no service. I received a Chinese food item it was full of dust and the plate was full of black stains. I am worried about my health.

Ambience is average, food is okayish. A comparatively reasonable restaurant near Ultadanga. They serve food quite faster

Very Bad Experience. They said its going to take 10 mins and brought the items after 40 mins. We were about to leave the restaurant before that. Found hair in Biriyani along with undercooked mutton. The quantity was less than standard amount. Hope I never have to visit thie restaurant again.
