This is one of the best eco friendly resort's we have visited. The rooms are quite good and so is the staff.
Along with it the location of the resort and cleanliness was good too. Beach is few meters away from the resort.
The hospitality was too good and staffs were really very very helpful. The only disappointment was the lunch & Dinner timings issue & Price is bit higher than actual. I would suggest to stay here but for food do check out restaurants outside.

Awesome experience. We are 5 friends stayed for 1 night. Very nice resort. Taste and variety of Food is very nice. Staffs are co operative. Specially thanks to Chintu da. He arranged everything. We enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended. Will visit again.

Digante is pet friendly mid budget resort located at Mandarmoni beach just 2 Km ahead of mohona. I first stayed here in September 2010and then in 2023 this week in April 2023. Last time when I stayed here the entrance was from beach and this time the approach road from behind the resort need to be maintained as it's in bad condition. The resort is nice with a big pond in the middle and row side rooms on one side of the pond and some cottages. The resort is decorated with nice plants and has lot of greenery inside and it's a treat to the eyes. Just after one walks out of the fence the beach is few meters away only and gives the feel of private beach. All staffs are nice, polite and good. Food is tasty, good but spicy.
One thing which they need to change is dinner is not served before 9.30 pm which i find a bit odd as there are many elderly people who take dinner early due to medications and health issues.
Those who are peace loving and want breath of fresh air in the laps of nature far away from the madding crowd this is the ideal place to relax and rejuvenate the mind.

Overall average, nothing exceptional. Water in the nearby beach is filthy and full of fish scale and mucus like substance. Yuck

This was the 3rd trip to Digante resort, Mandarmoni and after the 3rd trip I am writing this review. For all the 3 trips I must say its excellent. Rooms and bathrooms are good in all types of accomodations. The whole environment is fantastic! I would like to mention the food specially as it was awesome everytime. Quality, taste, menues are just superb!

We stayed here for 2 days, the location is spot on with beach just one minute walk. Amazing and spacious room. Services could a little more prompt. Overall a nice stay, will again visit with family. ️

Digante resorts in Mandarmani is my fav place for relaxation, the food and staffs are awesome. It's a mid budget resort with beautiful garden, pond and pvt jhaubon for hammocks. It's a pet friendly resort so we take our golden retriever along. He is very happy getting huge free space to run about

The place is definitely huge and just next to beach.they provide packages including food and room.the foods they provide are really good in quality.their hospitality is nice and the rooms are very comfortable as well

We have in here since they started, they have become like family to us, and thats exactly what they promised me on 2010.

The food is really really awesome.at a very decent price.but the best part is their behaviour, you will really feel like this is your home only.

Digante Resort is a great place to spend your weekend or holidays. The inside is well maintained. The location is less crowded, a-few minutes walk and you will reach Mandarmani Mohona. The food is delicious and the staff are always ready to help.

I am present here right now 27th September 2020 with my family, the resort is suitable for all. The foods are delicious and healthy, the rooms and the washrooms are clean and hygienic. The staffs are helpful and the level of hospitality is great. The nature is maintained with care and the pets will enjoy the friendly atmosphere. Must come if you want to enjoy the silence.

In midst of lush green environment, this place is a mix of hotel and a nursery. Nice service, decent rooms and good food.

It's a nice place for weekend trip. Hotel rooms are very clean, lawn are very beautiful, sea is at your gate. Mainly food quality is very good. AC/non AC room available at very low price. Staffs are good.

Excellent place to stay and relax. Very good for kids entertainment and huge places for outdoor games. Truly best resort i have ever seen. Food quality is awesome. Just in the lap of sea. Nice beach. Room service is also very good.

The staff are not cooperative. The rooms are not maintained. We found a leech on the basin. The hilsa fish was not good. The hotel had a large garden, except this, it was a bad experience

Digante made our weekend trip more adorable. Specially their food and hospitality. Highly recommend for staying at least once.

I like their food quality and quantity. I had got a chance to taste only two special dishes: 'fish fry' and 'kakrar jhal'. Both are delicious and mouth watering. This resort has a spacious area near the beach. One can roam around within their premises even in night which is very safe.

Visited Mandarmoni during Monsoon along with friends and family. We got corner rooms which had uninterrupted view of the sea. It is a peaceful sleepy village with no electricity (resort runs on generators 24*7). The resort was next to the sea and during high tide the eater actually entered the compound and the road was nowhere to be seen. Food menu has local options and most of the north indian dishes that you would get all over India.

Best location, access to the beach feels like private beach. Food quality is best for the price (lower side) housekeeping staff are awesome. Overall service very good, beyond my expectations. Must visit for couples, families. Enjoyed my 2 nights 3 days a lot

রিসেপশনে কথাবার্তা সেরে ঘরে গেলাম । আমাদের ঘর দোতলায় ছিল । ঘরের বারান্দা থেকে পুরো রিসর্টের ভিউ খুব ভালো আসে । ঘরটাও পরিষ্কার, ভালো । ওখানকার স্টাফদের ব্যবহার খুব ভালো যেটা প্রশংসনীয় । আর খাওয়া দাওয়া দারুণ । আমার বরের খাবারের টেস্ট নিয়ে, তার মান নিয়ে খুব খুঁতখুঁতানি আছে যেটা আমারও আছে । তো এখানে খেয়ে আমরা তৃপ্ত । রেস্টুরেন্টটা দেখেও মন ভরে গেছিলো । খড়ের চাল দেওয়া বাড়ির মতো । যেমন রান্না হয়েছিল কাঁকড়া, তেমন ইলিশ ভাঁপা আর তেমন দুর্দান্ত ছিল pomfrete মাছ । আহা কি স্বাদ । ডাল, আলুপোস্ত, চাটনী সবকটি রান্না মুখে লেগে রয়েছে । বিকেলের স্ন্যাকস এ ফিস ফিংগার, চিংড়ির পকোড়া অসাধারন।

ওনাদের নিজস্ব দূর্গা পূজা হয় । প্রতিমা বানানো শুরু হয়ে গেছে। অনেকে যায় ওই সময় ।

I was at digante resort for three times, my first visit was 2011, last time on 14-06-2019, the experience is hurting, i will never ever come to this resort neither suggest anyone. The behaviour of one of the staff mr. Sankar was very rude for lunch time as well as dinner time and the manager chintu didn't take any action after complaint.

Rooms are okay. For the price, I have stayed in cleaner rooms. Mandarmani room rates are high for some reason higher. The bathroom had sand on the floor. Food is great. Good options to choose from too. The place has a parking lot and chairs to sit facing the sea. There is a gate that opens to the beach which makes access to sea super easy.

A good resort for a comfortable stay, easily accessible and not-too-crowded beach, good food and pleasant staff. The AC rooms that we booked were not fancy and maybe slightly overpriced (especially considering we hardly spent any time in them!), but they were clean and the staff were polite. You can see some of the famous Red Crabs in the beach in front of Digante itself, though the major population is seen at Mohana which is a beautiful 15-minute walk along the shoreline. There is a small reed patch near the resort where we saw a few birds like Yellow Bitterns and Lesser Whistling Ducks. The beach had Sand Plovers and Kentish Plovers, Barn Swallows and River Terns. The resort itself has trees where Cattle Egrets, Pond Herons and Asian Pied Starlings roost in the evenings.

Nice atmosphere. Nice resort. Nice courteous staff. And the best feature is the little stretch of private beach, the beach-beds & hammocks among the trees by it, where you can laze on and on in the cool evening breeze.

This resort is very very close to the beach. Beach is quite rich in fauna. The authentic bengali cuisine is amazing here. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are a bit old but for the price is quite maintained and clean. The garden is truly gorgeous with ducks and rabbits and countless flora!

Really wonderful. Good ambience with warm reception, food really tasty. Sea beach just in front of the resort. Really refreshing.
