Domino's Pizza

Worst experience ever. Very delayed delivery and no response from Domino's for the current order. Not going to order from Domino's anymore.

My garlic bread was way too late delivered inspite claiming to deliver in 30 mins. First the store was not answering the call and when they did they speak very rudely saying that "delivery boy jab aayega delivery dene usse baat kar lena, abhi yaha se pizza dispatch hoga" this was the update after 35 mins of order when I called like 25 times.

Inspite of all this harassment and poor service the Garlic bread was dry, uncooked and totally chewy.
I ordered it for my kid and had to literally throw it away, I have had similar experience before as well with this particular store where the staff has misbehaved despite of giving poor services.

All the employees were very nice and friendly but, the one that stood out the most was an employee named Daniella. She is very patient and helped me a lot. I was trying to find good deals for the pizza and Daniella was very helpful. She knows how to treat customers and has a smile on her face. Daniella clearly knows what she is doing and I am very impressed with the customer service here at Domino's. Not only the customer service, but the food itself I was satisfied with! I will definitely be coming back to Domino's. I give Domino's 5 stars because of the wonderful customer service and food! Thank You!

Nice for pizza it's inside DLF 1 office. Bt open for all. U can get all kind of pizzas here. Good

Authentic domino pizza taste. Sad that they removed the free water purifier, and now bottled water is priced at crazy 120 rupees per litre. Cool staff and close proximity to the dlf subway.

It's actually good irrespective of the space there. Usually less crowded on office timings and even after that, one can get the space to sit.

There should be an option of negative rating for this bunch of thiefs. They're the worst. Does not deliver at time, sometimes doesn't deliver at all and notifies That after hours. Quality is pathetic when at rare instances it manages to delivert order.

The best option in head when it's evening time and I'm at Newtown with friends. Clean. Fast and good service.

In 1960,  Tom Monaghan and his brother, James, took over the operation of DomiNick's, an existing location of a small pizza restaurant chain that had been owned by Dominick DiVarti, at 507 Cross Street (now 301 West Cross Street)  [10] in Ypsilanti, Michigan, [11] near Eastern Michigan University. [12]The deal was secured by a $500 down payment, and the brothers borrowed $900 to pay for the store. [13] The brothers planned to split the work hours evenly, but James did not want to quit his job as a full-time postman to keep up with the demands of the new business. Within eight months, James traded his half of the business to Tom for the Volkswagen Beetle they used for pizza deliveries. [13]

By 1965, Tom Monaghan had purchased two additional pizzerias; he now had a total of three locations in the same county. Monaghan wanted the stores to share the same branding, but the original owner forbade him from using the DomiNick's name. One day, an employee, Jim Kennedy, returned from a pizza delivery and suggested the name "Domino's". [10] Monaghan immediately loved the idea and officially renamed the business Domino's Pizza, Inc.  in 1965. [13]

The company logo originally had three dots, representing the three stores in 1965. [13]Monaghan planned to add a new dot with the addition of every new store, but this idea quickly faded, as Domino's experienced rapid growth. [13]Domino's Pizza opened its first franchise location in 1967[14] and by 1978, the company expanded to 200 stores. [15] In 1975, Domino's faced a lawsuit by Amstar Corporation, the maker of Domino Sugar, alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition. On May 2,1980, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans found in favor of Domino's Pizza. [16]

Worst service ever. I have paid the money online while ordering the food.but have not received the food delivery. Contacted domions support three times.they continued to say that your food will be delibered within five more minutes but that never happened. The restaurant is the worst ever they never picks up the call.neither they called back nor picked up the phone. I don't trust Dominos anymore. They just rob their customers.

Pizza quality is great here but only good if you dine in, don't place order from any online platform as I ordered 3 times and for 2 times it took 2 hours for delivery and 1 time they never delivered, they won't receive phone calls also so better to have pizza at the restaurant itself
Restaurant has quite large space and 30 people max can easily have pizza inside it.

Worst worst pizza and timing sense and delivery. They are just worst in every case. Customer management, delivery management everything. They lacks in sense of responsibility and professionalism. I hate you Dominos and I will never ever prder from your this outlet.

Taste: As usual as any Domino's Pizza.

The staffs here are barely trained, they lack how to communicate with customers.

Moreover their behavior is absolutely disgusting. They don't listen to requests for ketchup or glasses or tissues.

I live just beside the outlet, (not even 1km away). Once I ordered pizza they deliver it after 1Hour, as it was "prepaid". Next week happened the same case, I got my pizza 1.2Hrs later, delivery boy details was not given in app, so I was unable to call the delivery guy.
~~When you'll order on Cash on delivery, they'll rush to deliver within 30mins.

After the above incident I called the outlet to talk to the manager, I was told that he's not there, call after 4Hrs (at 2pm). Just after that moment, I called Domino's head customer care, they got in conference with the outlet. The same person again on the can on the outlet, the Executive asked for the manager, then she tells that she's the manager of the outlet.
I even told at that moment, that just a moment ago she told that manager isn't there.

I absolutely hated her behavior.
It's been 2 weeks, none of the refunds are sent to me.

Are the pizzas made locally and faked because I never find good amount of cheese, itni kanjusi kyu bhaii, keep the brand's name, for I have eaten pizzas in Italy, Norway Amsterdam but feel cheated whether I have gone to Domino's Pizza in Kolkata

Worst pizza, worst quality, cheese not cooked properly, looked like pizza was made already and bloody bad taste

Last time i ordered and the it made 1 hour late and primised to return the money but didnt do so far. Order no. 161 april 6th.

You should try to maintain the time frame provided to customers while they placed order.

Ordered from just opposite side of the road, time limit shown was 30 mins. But they took more 30 + more 35 mins to deliver.

That’s really disappointing for customers.

When you are delivering the order @double the delivery time limit provided, you should give a 50% discount.

The food we ordered were for guests and it was delivered after the guests left, we could have denied the acceptance but we still accepted the delivery.

Don’t take faith & modesty of customers for granted. These guys don’t value customers time.

The excuse they gave us “there was rush in the resturant, so they are delivering all orders late, not just mine”.

Really? The time frame should be given, keeping in mind whatever rush or whatever other conditions they are facing. Customers are not supposed to adjust with the resturant rush time.

The manager is training the delivery boys well, not to provide timely service, but to provide excuse.

I will avoid this outlet particularly. Big thumbs down

I am very disgusted with the deterioting service and food quality of Dominos DLF IT Park1, Newtown, Kolkata. Consecutively I have faced service and food quality issue, they promise to resolve it by repeating the order for one out of 4 times, when approached to repeat the order committed by them, they either say the Store is not there, the bill has been done can't be reversed and to Utter dismay they refuse for any such penalty after few days. I was a loyal customer of Domino
s be it be for personal consumption or bulk order for training it get to gather purpose on behalf of my office but I regret to say I would definitely not order myself and will also not recommend family, friends and colleagues. You have brought down the ethical morality by assuring false commitment to provide penalty. In this competitive food service provider I will make sure people would go with other pizzeria to have a better and satisfied experience by not choosing Dominos anymore.

Nice experience. Ambience is very good and there are always a good variety of pizzas available in this outlet. It's located in Newtown and it is very much reachable and can be seen from outside. It is located in DLF office building. And the prices are also reasonable and affordable. Do try cheese burst pizzars as they are extraordinarily tasty but a bit pricy. The people are also polite and relevant as they variety options to choose from, just in case you're trying it for the fist time. Sitting arrangements are also up to the mark and it also does have a parking space which I guess is chargeable. Overall, a good package. This is place is specifically for teenagers and adults. The place is clean, nice and tidy. Plus they are customer friendly.

Worst domino's franchise ever. I put up an order using domino's app, then after 20 mins i received a mesg sayng my order was delivered which was not the case.i tried callng thm but no was lifted the call.so i ordered second time.after 5 mins delivery boy calls and says tht the sms was sent by mistake and he will be cancelling the secnd order and will deliver the first order.by the time the time crossed 30 mins time limit for free delivery. When i askd him to give it for free he calld up his manager.and manager refused to give free delivery and was not accepting that it was their mistk tht we received a delivery confirming sms.sadly i had to pay and his behavior over phone was very bad.worst customer support

The service is really bad.they will take minimum 30 -minutes to one hour to get the order ready even if it is a single pizza mania which is really irritating. Though the pizza is good but again the pasta was not worth a single penny (pasta was just boiled and was given to us). And the best part is the people who are working here are really really CARELESS. Even after 1 hour my order was not ready.
