Domino's Pizza

Located in sector 5. The atmosphere is very bad. And there is no parking available in Dinein option. Very bad service

Ordered online and stale food pizza was delivered after 90 mins. Cold drink ordered was not delivered along with food. Very poor service. Worst I had ever seen in domino’s

Pros: It was not so crowded, service and behaviour was good. Pizza was obviously satisfactory. I loved the pasta pizza.
Cons: 4 star because there was no parking for bikes and the seating arrangement was for 16-18 people.

Seating capacity is limited. Orders are served fast and hot. They charge exactly as given on charts. Nice place for a quick bite.

Pros: Fresh food, fast service, good staff behavior.
Cons: Might become a bit overcrowded sometimes as seating capacity is quite low.

Located inside the sector5 IBM office complex. I like the place because the restaurant is very clean and the restaurant workers are very friendly and helpful. The other reason is the place is very near of my corporate office. You can eithet order your pizza and eat here or take your meal ahead. The restaurant has been maintaining all COVID-19 protocol. I would also like to inform you all that the restaurant has a washroom cum toilet.

Not good, conjugated place with very less table and chairs, half of the pizza varieties were unavailable

The space is less inside the pizza joint, hence it is not ideal for big gatherings. However if you are in a search for a quite place where you can invite 2-3 friends with you, then it is a good place to hang out

It was the election day at Kolkata. The staff was busy as limited eating joints were open on that day but they were still courteous and dealing customers with patience.

Great place, great environment, awsm taste, golden corn is best in different varieties. Pizzas at very affordable rate.

Enjoy here with family.

Good place, decent staffs, but should definitely do something to manage the waiting period while serving the food.

Giving two star for the service. The behavior of the staffs are very bad. When told to clean the table they refused in a very rude manner. I would suggest please do not visit this branch of Domino's.

What can i say about it. I just love this place. It is affordable as well as tasty. Even if you prefer non veg i would recommend you to try veg pizzas these are far better compared to non veg.and if you are a meat lover order chicken peri peri meat ball along with any veg pizza. Now if you can spend little bit extra go for cheese burst pizza otherwise go for pizza mania. My personal fav is onion pizza with extra cheese

Poor service, poor customer relation desk, rude behavior
I have ordered 3 pizzas last month, the delivery address was somewhere beside of the plaza.however, it arrived late by 1 hour and 20 minutes and the taste was like pieces of cold breads and became very hard (Don't know if that was a left over of previous day).
I raised a complain against that and someone called me and informed that they will give me a refund.
After that day one guy named "Pintu" called me form millennium city Domino's Plaza and informed me that the delivery guy was unaware about the delay so, they can't refund (Though the delivery guy has all the record if the delivery is late or not). After some conversation he informed that I can call them anytime I want to order and they will give pizzas of equivalent amount. However, every time me or any customer support of Domino's call that outlet no one receives the call (I doubt if there is anyone to receive the calls).
I used to be a huge fan of Domino's but after this incident and literally harassment I'm disappointed and will think thrice before any further order to them.

I ordered through swiggy.i paid online through paytm.after 25 mins also it was showing: food is being prepared". When i called one lady received and said delivery boy will deliver as per time.when i asked her how much time will be reqd she told that delivery boy knows.when i asked her to provide delivery boy's number she told he will call me himself.finally after 45 mins the pizza was delivered and the delivery boy also accepted that.don't we deserve a better customer service? Unfortunately i paid before otherwise i would not have accepted the order
