Domino's Pizza

The location is quite Hideous. No Banner is available to guide which floor in RD Mall has the Domino's Outlet.

They didn't give me the bill. When i take the pizzas the hide the bills.later i forgot about it. But it was their duty to assist us. And also carry bag charges are too high. 10 rs each.

I ate recently at Domino's Pizza RDB mall, liluah. Customer service is one thing, but customer experience is another. I had a supremely wonderful experience at the store. The lady at the counter was soo cheerful that it made my day. Cheers to her and this should be the way the customer should be treated.

Pizza was deifinetly good but there was no drinking water and no toilet also so this was a drawback but if you are in liluah side you can try this dominos because maybe washroom was under maintenance but rest things were good and pizza tastes good

Dine in at this Dominos was a nightmare. After 1 hour waiting for the food i tried finding out my order at the counter. The outlet manager is unprofessional seems like everyone is doing everything. Not managed! - finally cancelled my order after 1 hour hassel.

Rude behaved staff, pizza taste absurd will ruin the brand value, took a delivery on 27.12.22 paid 700+but was useless better i had gone to Forum mall instead of R D mall plz avoid delivery orders from this outlet

Lack of staff there is only one person taking orders and also handling online problems and the same person is also packing for delivery which made me weight for a long time just to give the order.
The air conditioning is also not working

Best place for school students to hangout with their friends. Actually this outlet is near to school located. Friendly staff and clean ambiance. I went there with my son because Domino's is his favourite place. We ordered farmhouse pizza and garlic bread sticks. Very tasty

Nowadays, Domino's is not providing upto mark services
First of all, they don't deliver orders on time or if you want to dine in then there is no washroom or any water supply facility, which is very important for us.
In addition with, I have ordered 1 regular size Achari Do Pyaaza, 1 Regular Size Keema da Pyaaza and 1 Cringe Fries after 15 mint they say fries are out of stock n after 5 mints the Keema is also out of stock like if this are out of stock and why the hell u received order
Lastly they Don't provide ketchup if you want then it's chargeable

Very Bad service. They talk very rudely with customers. This was my first and last visit here.worst dominos outlet.

Worst experience.people don't have manners to talk.one lady was shouting at me.i wouldn't give the ratings also to them.i asked that lady name.but she didn't told her.worst and worst one

Worst service. First they accept order and then deny delivering it to the location saying that we don't know the location.

Dominos pizza is on the 3rd Floor of R D Mall.

It has a good seating space and what to tell about the taste you all know the taste of Dominos Pizza. It is very tasty. If you place your order you have to wait approx 15-20 mins which is only the bad part but once you get the pizza you’ll enjoy it so much that you’ll forget that you have waited for this long.

The pizza I have tried here is really atrocious and it not up to the par. The pizza here is bit small and hard as compared to other dominos outlet. The service here is really awful.
I hope they will try to fix it.

Very ill behaved and ill mannered staff, saying your address is out of service area where they have delivered a dozen time before, when again i ordered through swiggy instead of informing swiggy, called me and saying why are you placing order when we have cancelled your previous order, when i said instead of calling me you inform swiggy about this as i have ordered through them, and to my surprise this illeterate person telling me if we get order from delhi will. We have to go and deliver there.

When i asked for his name and customer care number, he said i will not tell my name and if you want go and check Internet and find youself and tell them i am the store manager, really pathetic I didnt know such is the grade of people working at Dominos, worst is also less wish there was something better than worst and negative rating

Very poor quality.when ever you order.they are never on time.always deliver cold food.
The base of the pizza is as hard as stone.too bad.even if no rain.they are never on time.ssometimes they are even 2-3 hours "HOURS" late.please don't order from here.they have been consistent in such poor service.

Max order out of stock.and also they will not provide origano and chiliflex for take away.and out of 100% 99% times mania not available to the customer.

Worst service ever. Had ordered pizza at 8: 30 pm after half an hour we ate connecting them they are just giving one simple answer Will delivered to you shortly. But after more than an hour customer care is not responding properly and this outlet is not answering the calls. Its 11 pm still no response is there from there side.

With time, Pizza, as a celebration food, is getting it's place cemented. From children to adults, pizza mania seems to have caught all. Domino's, as a leading pizza vendor, has been riding on it successfully.

This store is not exceptional. From the time, it's opened, you can find customers getting in either for take away or for having it there. It's not uncommon to see, children are sneaking through the glass sheet to witness, making process of their favourite food.

But, at the end of the day, it's a good with loads of calories. Hence, I feel, Domino's has a moral responsibility to mention 'calories' against all its varieties, so that customers can customise their preference.

The area is a bit cramped as the space is less. Good place to chill with friends and pizzas are good, as usual.

The receptionist was really charming through out the purchase and order. It's really a place one could come with family and have a delicious pizza and more.
