They keep you waiting, Staffs do not co-operate, I do not recommend it at all. There are better places around.

I ordered pizza through Zomato and faced the worst experience. I have mentioned my experience in Zomato also and come here to alert others about the stuff and how they behaved with customers. I ordered a pizza a garlic bread. Pizza wasn't cooked well and I mentioned this in my review then they call me again and again and behaved rudely. They are saying you don't have proof so we can't validate your point and told me indirectly a free pizza hopper, I am doing this for getting free pizza. This kind of respect they are giving to a customer. They don't trust you but can blame you. One call from store incharge saying in very rude voice do you want FREE PIZZA FREE PIZZA then I calmly told him please communicate with your customer first in politely manner. Instead of saying things in politely they talked rudely. First a call from a lady then one call from store and last one is the store Incharge. I don't want money back or your so called "FREE PIZZA" rather take a moment to respect customer and give them a good behavior what everyone deserves.

The most pathetic outlet of domino's pizza probably in the entire country. I placed my order and after 30 mins store called to state order will be delayed as there are no delivery agent available. They cannot give ETA and then asked to cancel my order.
They mixed up order number and called again stating order will be delivered but there's no ETA of delivery. I finally got my order canceled after a good one hour.
If you can't cater to your customers why even accept the order in the first place! Just have in store facility if you have just one delivery agent working for you. Never ordering from Domino's Sinthi outlet ever again!

Very Small space. During festival season, people are waiting besides almost every table. This makes the hunger die in seconds. Pathetic Condition of Management. Card not accepted during festival season is another point.

Obviously Pizza is love and Domino's Pizza is utterly emotion. Ambience is so cozy and food quality is also great. The employees' behavior is very humble and decent. Service is pretty good there as well. Although Price is quite high. Happy eating! (^^)

Me and my daughter had stomach upset and food poisoning after having the cheese portion in the cheese burst pizza ordered above on 24th October from Dominoz, Sinthee, kolkata through swiggy
I called up Dominoz, Sinthee, Kolkata restaurant twice and talked to Mr. Aftab and Mr. Krishnendu with details and no one from dominoz called back afterwards and neither tried to look into the case

Accordingly Dominoz sinthee rating should be considered and as their ingredient is causing food poisoning on the day, they should have scrapped the bad cheese and compensated the loss, i warn Dominoz customers to be careful before ordering this item "cheese burst pizza"

Clean.remains almost empty during late noon. Good location. Service little slow. But its manageable.

Try Cheese Burst with extra cheese and never miss the '50% off' offer and takeaway order should be best. Because it's located Besides the B. T. Road. Easier to locate

Very Very awful experience I got from here. I ordered for a take away delivery.which worth rupees 422, they 1st of all cancel my order.then charges extra 120 rupees for same order.and their behavior was very rude.

Beware of the staff, they are even not asking to add extra items such as cold-drinks, etc with original product and after getting the final bill, it'll be realized.

Neatness not maintained. Inspite so high cost, AC wasn't working. Pizzas are undoubtedly tempting. But it could be better if extra services get lifted up. Seating arrangement for a big family is taken up by couple members, hence making big families wait unnecessarily.

The washroom needs to be opoened. The Paneer Onion pizza was fine. Had an awesome mango juice.
Someone needs to be at Counter always. Counter should not be kept vacant. Otherwise orders will be missed and a chaos will be created.

Not value for money.
I ordered Bonless chicken wings peri peri and choco lava cake.
The chicken dish was not a good quantity as per the price. And to talk about the choco lava cake it's unworthy of your order. It's too sweet and not tasty at all.

The services are fast enough and the you can relax there after your hectic day with your tempting food and have fun!

Food quality is good as usual. But I rate it poor because of its terrible ambiance. The floor is not clean, ACs don't work, washrooms remain locked all time.

Ordered the wrong pizza from their app. These guys just replaced it within half an hour without any extra charge. Best customer service ever. Thanks alot.

One of the best outlet or Dominos pizza in this location. Great service. Dine in time till 8pm great place to sit n relaxing with friends and family. You may love there music played by them at domino's pizza outlet. One of the best thing is its on Bt road which is accessible very easily. Nice service provider and well behaved staff. On the taste side you what pizza is known for.

They are very late to delever foods and this is very disgusting. Every time they did the same.they took more than 1 hr.as show in the screen shots.most of the time they say they don't have enough delivery boys.they jst tell casually that delivery in jst 30 minutes.but they can't.

Experience was good.staffs are also frndly in nature.atmosphere is also vry good.if u want to spend some time with your frnds families and cousins and looking for some budget frndly and tasty food I will suggest you to go there.

Not upto the mark. Although dominos Pizza should taste same at all it's outlet but here it felt totally different. Totally upsetting taste. Will not recommend to go at this outlet

Domino's pizza situated opposite RBU is a great place for dine in and takeaway options. They have a beautiful ambience inside wherein they play the latest songs. The view is also quite spectacular as the outermost wall is entirely of glass. Menu takes around 10-15 minutes while home delivery options are quick.

This is more like a neighborhood shop, and not one of those glitzy Dominoes flagship stores. The biggest issue is, they don't maintain a separate queue for phone in orders and walk in orders. So basically when you decide on your choice of pizzas for you to enjoy in their dining space, you are behind those home orders. And waiting is irritating. It makes no sense that you have to wait for those people who ordered on phone from comfort of their home, and you wanted a dining experience.
This store is more like a kitchen for north Kolkata deliveries, and you just went to an add-on sitting place to eat whatever you order from the same kitchen.
