The usual Domino's, service was good though the total area inside was a bit small so it doesn't have a large guest capacity.

It's well decorated but quite congested because of the smells of baking, the indoor air is full of it. Please try to look after it.

Very inefficient staffs, they forgot to deliver my order which i ordered from their app, they didn't even call me, later i went to the store and picked my order around 11 pm, all children were gone, they ruined my party. Never ever order again from Narendrapur branch.

The worst place i ever visited ones i ordered from here got a non veg garlic bread instead of veg garlic bread and then i again visited the place and it took them hours to deliver one garlic bread

Asked for choco lava cake but denied saying there was none available whereas it was 12: 30 pm and the outlet opens at 11. And it was available online.

I have ordered chicken souces with cheese pizza but they provide wrost pizza no cheese.bad experience.total waste my money.

Outlet is not clean, even table was also not clean after waiting 10 min also. Even no drinking water facility available.this was really not acceptable.

Horrible service. Everytime I order, they dispatch it 1.5-2hrs late. I can't even reach them on call as they are always busy, and the phone rings the store never picks up. It has been the trend since years. Very disappointing outlet.

Nice taste. But in Narendrapur outlet they have small sitting arrangement So many customers have to wait for long.

Serves great pizza and other platters. They have a huge menu of pizzas, tacos, pastas, etc.
The service and ambiance is also good. Have sufficient room for dine in.
You can also opt for take away or delivery.
They accept online orders via their personal app as well as Zomato and Swiggy.

They also give a 30mins delivery guarantee on selective orders.

Didn't received phone calls even though I said I called up several times. They said, they couldn't hear the phone ringing. What's the use in keeping phone number, when you don't respond to customers?

We had a medium veg pizza and a red velvet lava cake. I felt the cheese on the pizza was way too less in compared to the pizzas I had before from Domino's (without extra cheese). You can see it from the picture

Worst dominos outlet ever.
I had faced an incident a few days ago when I ordered from this outlet and they never delivered my order or even bothered to pick up the calls I made. Even though it was an order with 30 minute delivery guarantee. I waited till 1 hour for delivery and then had to go to the store and collect it by myself and I was never issued a coupon or refund as compensation. Today I have ordered from there again, and it’s the same thing. It’s been more than 30 minutes. On the app it’s showing order confirmed. And they are not receiving the call again.

Delivery getting delayed like.it happened twice this month.both times delivery is almost 2 hrs late still no apology or offer they provided! And they don't pick up call at all.non co operative and bad branch of Domino's I have ever seen

Even after the ACs are onn the place is too hot, I think they need to lower the temperature, they should understand that. It's too hot inside.

They are probably running a scam wherein if you make card/upi payment they will tell you that they haven't received the money on their enda and then make you pay again by cash. They'll tell you that thr money will come back to your account in a few days and if it doesn't then you can go back and ask for another pizza free. This is blatant disregard for customer trust

Good place. But staffs are little lazy. We had to call them 3 tym to clean the table before sitting.

It's really good and behaviour of the stuffs' are also good. They also don't take much time to serve the orders. The place is maintained clean and make you feel happy with your acquaintances and family. Good place for a little hang out

Careless services
Mainly cash lady who is received all the pizza orders she is totally useless. She totally dont know which pizza giving which customer.

I've been there in 11th August. Gonna give you some suggestions, listen carefully please.
I ordered 2 Regular size pizzas which were more than enough for two. So from my experience, if you're 2 guys or a couple, you may order one Regular size pizza and sides (like meatballs, choco-lava cake etc.)
Then, it's gonna be satisfactory enough.

They could add a little more chicken to their chicken pizzas. Side orders like, chicken parcel or garlic breads are impressive! A little pricey!

Everyone kniws dominos. Now it is near Narendrapur bigbazzar and kamalgazi more, sonarpur. Offers given, are satisfying.

Given that we are located thousands of miles away from both Naples and New York, Domino's Pizza is pretty much the best option for satisfying our pizza cravings in style.

The pizzas are good pocket friendly.they provide several types of pizzas.they have introduced some new type of pizzas nowadays.and there some addons too.like some cakes.pastas.also some combo meals available there.the pizzas generally are quite tasty.there are offers like 99 each if you buy two pizzas. 149 each.n all.yeah so that's it.go and pay a visit and have your favourite Pizza there.

Very bad behavior, forcefully over budget, without asking. Delivery is very ill and damaged goods. Customer service or delivery person argue unnecessary. Talk rubbish. And too much taggetive. Better not to visit here

"Taste worths price" is not the case if you are trying veg pizzas. Good but not the best in economy.
Ambience is very noisy (due to high pitched tv), which is really pathetic if you wanna spend some quality time. Must be rectified by the shop.
Service is not up to the mark, as I found reluctancy in cleaning service regarding the dining table.
Same toilet for ladies and gents!
Some odonil type things also missing there.
Three star is much more for overall service.
