Ordered one pizza. After 30 minutes and confirming the address, they have confirmed that they are unable to deliver the pizza due to certain items are not available with them. It happened earlier also. Not sure why they are taking the order if certain things are not available. Moreover refund will happen after 48 hours! Parthetic service.

I visited this domino's branch and when I was ordering regular size pizza, it was not available at this branch due to covid-19 scenario, then I had to order Medium size pizza overall taste was good but did get disappointed due to unavailability of my choice where in other domino's branches outside West Bengal there is no compromise done in availability of regular pizza size.

It was just an awesome experience! The order was served quick enough. You'll enjoy your meals just you should know what to order beforehand!

Good place for one time dine out for couple.costly place.serve time atleast 10-15 mins. They always try to offer customer with some extra cost. Dont fall for that. Always order that you want to eat. Clean and sanitized place. Hygeine is maintained. They don't allow outside food.please remember that.

Nothing to say extra about Domino's Pizza, it's a well-known big brand and famous for delicious pizza and bakery stuffs always, everyone knows that. Chandannagar Domino's is just beside Hero Motocorp showroom, on G. T. Road. Very good staff's behaviour, they are polite to customers. Friendly ambience for family with nice interior decoration, you can enjoy your order with delight. Takeaway, Dine-in and Home delivery option available.

Very good non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian pizzas are available here with cheese burst with preferred toppings and for veg people without onion option is also there.

The pizzas are Good (why wouldn't they be). The staff can be a bit too interfering at times but maybe that's because of covid protocols.
Dine in service is available only till 8: 00pm which can be changed.
Four stars because some of the staff are really friendly and pizzas are good.

I have done advance order on 1st July at 7.30pm but the pizza arrived at 10pm that too the pizza was cold enough as if it was prepared from a very long time and delivery was delayed.
The packing was good but the pizza was pathetic. Tried calling the store numerous time but rcvd no response.
Worst experience for the first time with my favourite pizza.

I have ordered in advance a Pizza at 6: 30pm. And it's 7: 30 I haven't received. Neither the Delivery Guy nor Store keeper is responding to my Calls. Ridiculous Service.

It's one of my favourite place to dine in. It has a friendly environment. Servings are good. There's variety to choose from. The cons are that they used to provide free water which is no more free. And earlier we could carry our own cold beverages which is prohibited now.

Home delivery is very very bad.
I ordered advanced for 9: 00 pm and it delivered to me at 10: 30. It's really very disappointed

Good Quality Foods Are Given here. You will Find a Variety of Pizzas here. On Occasion the time Is a little Crowded.

No matter how many outlets open for pizzas, nothing will take over my love for domino's pizza. Love their staff and services. They never fail to make me happy with their courteous behaviour. Even when I order online they deliver the pizza bang on time.

Worst outlet I've ever seen!
Very few tables, they are not giving bills!
You have to wait a long to receive food. The guy who is taking orders knows nothing and unprofessional. They provided dine in but the boy said not available. We have checked at the right time that's why we got table! Otherwise we have to eat the food at footpath outside of this outlet.

Delicious pizza.on time delivery. But please order through their own app. Don't order through 3rd party apps like zomato, swiggy. Then delivery problem may occur. I already faced that.

Location is good. Easy to spot from a distance.
But wait time is too much here. Also, they donot deliver to all parts of the city.which is a bit on the downside.

The service was great. We had to even setup a birthday kind of vibe for one of our friends and the staff did co-operate. Experience was great!

I'm visiting this place and also ordering home delivery for 5-6 yrs since it was opened. I still remember the first day I visited ther with my father on the day of Christmas back in 2014 whn it was first opened. Whenever I get time I come here with my frnds and spend a good time and enjoy pizzaz! I had tried pizza from many places and to be honest nobody has evr matched with the superior quality and taste offered by Dominos'. I'm super satisfied with this food brand and it deserves more than 5 stars. And a few suggestions frm my side is tht Dominos' should be added to swiggy and also they should provide more offers in pizza, increase the variety of their menu and also sell their items a little bit cheap.then it would be fine.goodluck to domino's and thnks for reading my review hav a gd day

Well it's all fine like before only thing bothers me is that the large pizza has significantly shrunk. Why is that!

Only Domino's Joint in Chuchura and Chandannagar. Stuffs are very humble and understand your requirements. Overall it's a good experience.
