This is a self service restaurant. The orders are quickly delivered. Take away is given higher preference. There is a huge rush in take away here. It is a huge place. You can sent time with friends family. It is also good for celebrating birthday and party.
This brunch is providing most disgusting and irresponsible service. They didn't help at all over the phone. They forced me to cancel my order as they have atleast 45 orders before me. Very very bad experience from Domain's pizza keorapukur branch.
I ordered pizza from zomato. They told me it will take 1 to 1.5 hrs to deliver. After 1 hr I got update on zomato app and as well as in Dominos app that my order is delivered. I gave a call to the outlet they told me delivery boy is in ur area he will be reaching soon. Again I waited for 1 hr. Finally I went to the outlet and after arguments they are telling me that my order got returned as i didn't recvd the call. This was pathetic experience. They told me they will make fresh one but out of two pizza one was only fresh. And I also found some wire like substance in one. Image is given.
On my takeaway order I wanted to pay through Paytm but they do not have scan facility they have some OTP option and which will be accepted only if customer have Paytm balance, and cannot pay it from the direct account link with Paytm. While asking about the same I have been straight away told by Ms. Soma that this is Domino's system if you want to do Paytm you have to pay like this. The system is so restricted. I personally felt the employees were very hursh with their customer handling process. If possible look for other outlet.
Absolutely amazing as Domino's improves their pizza and it's quality, now they uses ample amount of cheese and veggies or chicken chunks. You'll really love it.
