Domino's Pizza

Overall good service.
This place is quite less congested in comparison to other Domino's Pizza store. Though number of chairs in store is less than 10 (most probably).

It's basically a delivery place with limited dine in seating. The pizza was just brilliant. I had four cheese pizza, cheese and corn, garlic bread and paneer tikka stuffed garlic bread. All the items were superb as u get fresh out of the oven. It tastes better when u have it straight out of oven.

Quality of food is really wow.service is really poor as staff are not at all Co-operative.

Recently I’ve visited this outlet (one of the oldest Dominoz outlet in Kolkata), but highly disappointed about the maintenance of it. They have to look seriously on housekeeping of this restaurant. Secondly, in my view, mostly people prefer either take-away or online orders only, rather than dining in this restaurant. Entry point of this outlet is also not clean, complete dirty. My today’s shocking experience is that one of their (may be) employees entered in the kitchen with complete dirty outfits, not in uniform (even his sleeper was completely muddy), while preparing the foods, he was chewing Paan/Gutkha/Tambakoo…so dirty he was… Without using face mask as well as hand gloves, he started preparing the foods! Diagusting…I pointed out it to one of their gentle employee Ajit & he immediately shouted on that Gutkha guy and instructed him to go outside immediately! This is not at all acceptable from such a big brand Dominoz…Jubliant Food works…. They must have to change the outlook of their restaurants immediately as well as they must have to take immediate strict action on such bad manner employees who enter in the kitchen with Gutkha or Paan…this is my experience while preparing my order…till now I don’t taste the food but I hope it‘ll be well prepared by Ajit…Suggestions to people to take care of such things while placing any order to Dominoz.

Very poor service by me. Ajit and his team surely very bad experience…. Hopefully they improve I’m sure people have better alternatives other than dominos next time

Ordered pizza at 9, came at 11: 15,2 hours late. Guy didn’t even give refund, only 300 rupees of a 800 rupee order. On top of that, he didn’t give the desert and left. Will never ever order again. Very disappointed and annoyed.

Some of the choices are really bad.tried a chicken tandoori mayo pizza.turned our a sour cheeseless pizza whose mint mayo had gone bad.stick to their classics.reqlly bad experience.

Pizza was good but other add on were not up to the mark.sizes were like too small for such big price.

They make the best pizza i believe.much better than pizza hut and they are also cheaper than pizza hut
