Domino's Pizza

Took half an hour to place an order, there wasn't any crowd still took that much time, ordered chicken fiesta and garlic bread.

Worst outlet with cheap behaving staffs. Very indiscipline and unorganised. Spoiling the brand's name. Worst outlet ever that I have been to.

Food quality is very poor. I ordered 2pizza.both taste are different also ordered choco lava cake.feel like I am eating raw flour doe

Very Disappointing Service Catered. Today is second day we have returned from store empty handed. Either you should change the front desk people or should try and close the store itself as there is no point of keeping a store when you can not cater to your customer.

I don't know why Topsia branch of Domino's has low rating. They've huge 2 floors dining are, lots of space, nice ambiance, neat and clean just as you expect from Domino's.

Domino's usually maintain same quality of food across all of their branches and here I felt it's same as well. Ordered most popular Farmhouse and Barbeque Chicken Pizza along with Garlic Bread and Pepsi. Loved the food like always.

It was totally a racial and derogatory behaviour by the staff who was on the counter bill who's name is (Srabani) she don't have any manner that how to talk to the customer she use very cheap language with me, she think she is the owner and we are servant there that's why she treat us like that i just wish to remove her from Domino's. She shout at me when i ask that why we can't go upstairs.she is a very cheap lady i ever met. I feel very bad and i never suggest to visit any one.

Worst Service ever.
I placed the order on swiggy and after the restaurant confirmed the order, they called again after 15 mins just to confirm the order, i called them again after 30 mins for ETA on delivery and they told it will take more 30 mins as they only have 1 rider and its close to 90 mins now and the order is not delivered.

They don’t pickup the phone, their registered number on swiggy is also bogus.

Don’t ever order from here.

PS: I stay next to Arsalan (Shakespeare Sarani Road) Park Circus 7Point, Kolkata. I am from Odisha and I work in Kolkata. I stay alone at a rented place and I thought of ordering dinner for myself from "DOMINOS".

- I ordered my food on 5th August at 9: 45 pm.
- First call I received at 9: 59 pm from Dominos was that I have ordered food from the wrong location and they have to transfer the pizza order to my nearest location. I said OKAY please do the needful.
- Second call I receive at 10: 45 pm regarding the same concern. Out of CURIOSITY I asked them it's so late and it's still.under process and the person assured me some worry Sir you will receive it in another 10mins. I said OKAY please do it fast as I was hungry.
- Third call I receive at 11: 27 pm again regarding the same concern. This is what posted me off. How could a TRUSTED BRAND like DOMINOS have such poor manpower who don't know CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then I cancelled order and asked them to refund my money, on that they are saying my order cannot be cancelled and you have to wait. I was completely blacked out I had been waiting from 9: 45pm till **** to eat my dinner. So.pathetic service an the person over the call is telling me
(Sir aap boliye aap ka order hum kal bhijwadenge)
I was like what will I eat now? I was numb and as I was losing my calm I never fought with them and politely asked them to deliver on Monday.

Monday Secene:
To my surprise I had forgotten that on Monday my food will come from Dominos. No one contacted me and while I was having my lunch (Home Cooked Food) I was surfing ZOMATO and all of a sudden I remembered that I was supposed to get the Pizza today. I called the last person who called me on Saturday. On calling him he is saying (Oo Haan Sir yaad aya apko pizza bhejna hai, abhi bhej doon.)

I was again OFF with such an understatement. I replied politely mera toh lunch hogaya aap kal mere liye kuch special pizza bhej dijiye. And on that he started laughing and said sir aap ne jo order kiya tha apko wahi milega and he was a bit rude. Still I was talking to him and said theek hai mere liye veg pizza bhejdijiye. He said Okay and kept the phone.

Final Delivery: Today I never got food as I knew my pizza will come BUT I HAD TO CALL AND REMIND THEM OF MY DELIVERY. They delivered the pizza and it was terrificaly bad. I ate it as I was again damm hungry. But this was my last pizza that I ordered from DOMINOS.

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FOOD FROM DOMINOS. DOMINOS YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I USED TO FIGHT WITH MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHEN THEY COMPARE DOMINOS & PIZZA HUT.

I AM SADDENED TO SAY YOU COULD NOT LIVE UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS

Most pathetic outlet of Domino's I think. There phone is always not reachable. What is more amusing is that even they don't answer the calls of Domino's Customer care. I have been trying to reach the outlet for past 2 weeks (directly as well as through CC) but simply no response.

Worst set of people employed at the restaurant. Don't have words to explain.

The food is good but the service is poor, they don't even let you to sit and think. You have to go and order directly. It should be improved.

Yeah place is good there is ground floor and 1st floor as well sometimes there is crowd and sometimes it's empty it's good to bring kids and families Pizza is also

Service is a bit slow and not as clean as it should be.overall good

The staff working here lacks basic soft skills. When I visited here along with my family, I had to wait for 15 minutes as no staff was present here to take order. Also, the quality of the food here is lackluster than the other Domino's outlets present.

This topsia Domino's is best ever branch I think. Bcuz they made it with extra care that I feel, pizza base is too soft, cheese over loaded. Must go theke.

Very bad experience.the staff wasn't helpful at all instead they were giggling and talking in bangla thinking we wouldn't understand.the place was dirty. All the tables were full with pizza boxes and bottles but the staff would rather chitchat than clean.we had to call them time and again to get it clean. The weird part was that v had to order some pizzas from the apps and some on the counter.it was too confusing.

Pathetic service, No staffs attending the customers, more than 8 staffs laughing and gossiping. Pls take proper described invoice from them.

The food was good. The staff behaviour was appreciable.but the place especially ground floor.where I visited was not properly clean. No one at gate to check temperature or sanitizer. No SOCIAL DISTANCE was maintained.

Absolutely disgusting food quality. My whole family fell sick after eating pizza from this outlet. They don't care about hygiene, cleanliness or punctuality. Plus, when I raised a concern regarding the food quality through their app, the guy who called me back kept trying to shift the blame from their food, by telling me that I might have gotten sick due to some other food that I ate. I got furious to the point that I felt compelled to use profanities. Pathetic service overall. If you are a foodie and enjoy eating good food, and don't want your day ruined, kindly don't order anything from this outlet. It's a complete waste of your hard earned money. Stay away from this outlet of Domino's. They are the worst.

I went to domino's topsia at 7: 15 pm hoping to get a pizza but it was mentioned to me that pizza is not available and it will take 45 mins so I opted for taco, chicken wings and stuffed garlic bread after placing the order and after swiping my card it was mentioned to me that this order will also take almost the same time as the pizza will take. Upon mentioning this to the staff very rudely she replied that it was mentioned it to me (as per my knowledge nothing of such was informed). On top of that the staff were not wearing mask at this pandemic era... Nd tthen domino's claimed about the safety. Such bad experience. Never returning to domino's topsia again. HoweveHowever when I got my packet chicken wings was not there and when I aasaked the girl who took my order mentioned it isa nonot available item. She said she told me but nothing of such was informed. Associate need training. I wish if I can give 0 stars

Most horrible out let, landline number is wrong, wrong delivery, delivery boy are rude they don't give oregano chilli flax with order and when asked store number they deny that too. Would not recommend this outlet its most horrible

Delivered after 1hr and also cold food received.when asked for refund they said its nor possible now bcz of covid-19 situation
